2 Very unprofessional employment agency. Been working as casual 3 days as Head chef with flight in and flight out from Melbourne to King Island, advertising they pay for. End up they place I worked was a trashy pub with the worst menu, frozen food and ready sauces. Working by myself without been trained for the menu. Clearly that not an head chef position, what they need is a solo charge cook. Worked also in a public holiday which hasn't be paid, and also never get refund for the flight.
Complained with the agency and they threatened me.

The most unprofessional hospitality agency I deal with.advertising for an Head chef when he really need a solo charge cook. Is so called chef recruited by this agency, using frozen products and ready sauces. Gravy powder for the expensive steaks on the menus. Frozen fish and chips and burgers. Also the agency doesn't pay the public holiday penalty rates.
