City Cave Carnegie

This was the best experience of any City Cave we have attended. Came for a couple's sauna and float and everything was superb the real highlight being the magnificent chill out room and float. This business goes above and beyond to look after their clients very grateful highly recommend.just wish I didn't live so far away or would be there every week.

I got a deep tissue massage from Jerna Anin, best massage I’ve ever had! Perfect pressure and very beneficial.
Extremely relaxing experience.

What an absolutely fantastic place. I walked in not really knowing what to expect, and left feeling like I have never felt before. The staff were great, the room was great, clean and welcoming. Was my first float experience and something that I am going to continue. Fantastic service!

If you cannot find a suitable time, call them, the staff are so lovely and accommodating. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed my experience with your team.

Happy to see a new float shop opened in our area, suitable for a regular user like me. I originally want to get the 3 packs, unfortunately the room temperature is too low, thus I am not comfortable during the float. It is quite cold for the body out of the water.: (So I just paid full price for the experience

After a disappointing first experience and posting a 1star review I was contacted by Emily and Darryl.

They listened to my concerns and were very apologetic and took actions to rectify the issues!

Darryl invited me back into the centre to show me the level of service that they aim for!

I was blown away second time around!

The welcome at reception was warm and inviting there was a great explanation of the clinic and safety procedures with clean and top quality equipment!

The massage therapist Tim was outstanding he listened to the areas of concern and left me floating on cloud9 (best massage I have had in many years)!

I will definitely be returning with this level of service and professionalism!

So glad this place opened up near me! It's been designed in a lovely way, it's spotless and I'm loving the infrared sauna facilities. The staff are also lovely. I haven't tried a float yet but will.

Amazing experience- I couldn’t recommend City Cave enough. My mum and I came in for the Flauna experience and loved every minute of it. The staff were considerate, really helpful and efficient. The environment was beautiful and calming. What a luxury!

I recently visited City Cave Carnegie and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The space is calm and beautiful, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Emma and Tim provided me with an amazing massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Their customer service was outstanding and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape. I tried the wellness package which comes with the Sauna, Float and Massage, honestly one of the best experiences and well worth the price. The float was really relaxing and secluded but I did prefer the sauna and massage more. The massage therapist Tim is very knowledgeable, communicative and helped a lot with my shoulder and back pain, I am usually running for a massage every week somewhere but Tim really helped and it's been nearly 2 weeks that I have not had to run for a massage somewhere! Will recommend to my friends and family, and definitely return.

My wife and I really enjoyed our float and sauna. The staff (Darryl) are great and will definitely come back. Very relaxing.

Had a “flauna” (couples sauna and float session) with my wife which was booked a Valentine’s Day pressie! (From me)

Arrived on time and there was a bit of a delay but it was handled well. Got a good rundown of what to expect and what to do as it was our first time. The sauna was good and got a great sweat up.

Then we took a 20 mins rest in the “relaxation lounge” -we rehydrated with some water and complimentary herb tea (the immunity tea was a winner for me but others were also available.). The lounge chairs in the relaxation room aren’t super comfortable, maybe a few foot stools so you can lounge back a little would be a good touch. But it’s a nice chill area to cool down in.

Then guided through to the float room and given clear guidance of how that experience was going to work. Having never done it before it was a bit odd at first but within a few minutes got into the groove of it. Within 15-20 mins in was super super relaxed and in a new “place”. The room was possible a bit cool but once I stayed in stationary float for 10 mins or so and water dried off it was fine and I really got into my chill zone. Quick shower after the 1 hours float and we were off - feeling very relaxed, refreshed and in a zen-like mode! Thanks city cave Carnegie! A great experience. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful, relaxing experience! The girl who helped us was super friendly and explained all the processes very thoroughly.highly recommend doing the sauna and then the float!

The best experience ever. I came in with lower back pain, did a float and felt so relaxed that it helped to loosen my back. I’m in less pain now and overall so relaxed. The floats are awesome as they aren’t in a pod which can feel claustrophobic. It’s like your own personal and private pool - I loved the music and the shower facilities as well as the welcome tea and all the fine details. The staff are all amazing too. I’m so glad I found this place!
