City Cave Braybrook

The water was too cold, tried to cope with it for 20 minutes with my partner but we were getting goosebumps and it was very unrelaxing. Walked out to reception and asked them to heat the water up, staff advised it would take more than 40 minutes to heat up which was basically our whole session. Staff promised a free session and afterwards only gave a $20 credit. Broken promises and frugal compensation for a ripped off experience.

Very relaxing environment, staff are really friendly and welcoming. Always great experience at City Cave. Float therapy or infrared sauna is excellent.

Me and my wife get saunas here often together. It’s a nice place for us to switch off, unwind and catch up. We always leave feeling recharged and less achey. Being served a signature blend of tea is a nice touch for before and after our sauna too. Nice and clean, friendly staff, absolutely recommend.

My husband and I went here for a couples wellness package. For reasons that I don’t know we were overcharged compared to the price on the website. The place is beautiful and the girls are very friendly and welcoming. Infrared sauna was great. The couples massage was interesting. I’m not sure what qualifications they require for massage but you may want to rethink the ones you have here.
The floatation room was very relaxing and I was looking forward to this the most but the one thing you maybe could do in these rooms is somehow have ventilation because my husband got extremely hot and couldn’t stay in there. The water is quite warm but when you add people in there too it is a little stiffuling, I’m sure with some form of ventilation it would be more comfortable. It was overall not a bad experience and something wanted to try but probably won’t be coming back

This place deserves more attention than it gets. Such a hidden gem in the West side.

Firstly, it's the complete experience from the moment I stepped into this place. It smells so relaxing, the decors, vibe, tea, relaxing lounge, everything adds to this whole experience.

On top of that, I love the private infrared sauna room. I've been to a few and love the subtle nuances that I get from this place. You can change the light to different colours like green, blue, red etc for different health benefits. You can also choose to turn off the lights in the infrared box if you prefer it darker. The box also has a little compartment where you can store your mobile and connect it to blutooth to play some relaxing music.

There is also a little beauty bar for you to dry your hair.

The only feedback I have is, people who are sitting in the common lounge room really need to be mindful not talking too loud. I came out when this couple just arrived, they sat down and started talking about work and money. Since it's such an enclosed and quiet space, I didn't need to try hard to hear what they were saying. I don't think they cared if I heard it either.

I came to this place to disconnect, not to be reminded about work or money. It's Okay that ppl want to talk about it but they need to be sitting in the reception area rather than the lounge, or just lower their voice to not disturb others.

I think it's the business/receptionist's job to remind ppl when this happens. Kind of like how air crew need to remind passengers to turn off their mobile phones.

This is my only feedback. Would have been a 5 star experience otherwise. Will definitely come back to try out other services.

Was not worth the money if you want a relaxing experience. Staff are very unorganised.

I purchased the Wellness Package which has the float, sauna and massage - best purchase! The staff here are all so lovely and attentive, you also get a cup of hot tea while you wait in their relaxing lounge.

Will definitely be coming back more often for all 3 of their services:)

This place is really beautiful.
The waiting room is really comfortable to enjoy a tea in there.
The sauna room was perfect.
Just one thing to add, the place needs a vacuum more often.

We had a couple complete wellness package with them today and enjoyed every minute. Such a wonderful experience and would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. Massage therapists are professional (Anthony who did mine was good)
They did have a mess up of the opening and hours as it is a public holiday today, but the girl who opened the door was so polite and lovely, diligently helping everyone to get the best experience. And I would give extra stars to all the staff today who stayed on top of everything with that professionism even after the mess-up. Good work!

I don't usually add reviews good or bad, however I was extra disappointed with my experience here after spending a $100 voucher from my wife for a "deep tissue" massage that was nothing more then someone rubbing oil on my back. I asked for specific attention to a sore shoulder and barely even felt the slightest pressure. If you are going to charge over $100 for anything it should be well justified for and leave people feeling as thought their money was well spent, very disappointed and think my money was definitely wasted here.

Saw Anthony for the first time after my sister and mum recommneded him for remedial massage - such a great session and even had cupping and needling done for the first time. He is a highly knowledgable massage therapist. Feeling really good today after seeing him:) Will be back to see Anthony in future to help me recover from my intense swimming training and gym regime!

We accidentally booked for a different City Cave location, but the Braybrook staff were so kind and booked us in straight away and we enjoyed the couples float, highly recommend! Extremely accommodating staff, great idea for a birthday present!

The center booked us in for 12: 30. Then abruptly uploaded a post on Instagram and Facebook with updated timings of 1 p.m. We waited for 1.20 hours and nobody turned up. Their customer care is as useless as the centre itself. Nobody gave us an answer. There were 15 people who booked and paid and planned for the session and everyone left. This is extremely disappointing

I am loving the city cave experience. The sauna are great and they have a massage therapist, Anthony who I found to be very knowledgeable and also know needling. It is definitely worth a visit to him!

My first time at city cave for a sauna and a massage with Anthony and it was awesome. Anthony surprised me with not only how great he was but also with the knowledge that he has. I definitely highly recommend Anthony.

Anthony is a miracle worker, I'm a construction worker and also ride motocross and he has worked Wonders on my aches and pains. My 4th visit and will be returning.

I had an amazing experience at CityCave! The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Anthony for massages. After my first session with him, my shoulder pain had noticeably decreased. He is incredibly skilled and knows how to help his clients. Aside from the therapy, Anthony also provided some great advice which was really helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service with a knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist. Have seen Anthony for a massage a few times. Really impressed with his knowledge and passion. He knows his stuff and is super helpful in assisting recovery from an injury.

Had a floatation session and came away feeling relaxed and lighter. Staff are committed and succeed in giving you a great experience, can't speak more highly of them and the whole experience was full of calmness and wellbeing. Definitely recommend:)
