They took very good care of a vintage watch from my grandparent, they even found replacement glass. I'm beyond satisfied, I'm thrilled. Price was very reasonable and there's a warranty on repairs.

Beautiful same day service! Breathed new life into a watch I thought had passed it's date.

Only place to go was able analyse and was told it needed service. As the oil can turn to stone, stopping it.
Should be as good as new when it come back in a few weeks.

Citizen watch is very efficient and excellent prices, she changed the battery in my watch and it has lasted so well - great service.

I needed a solution to my watchband pins popping out, Rosa, who it seems is a one woman business, solved my problem. The watchband was 1mm narrower than the watch width, making the attachment insecure. Despite being unwell, Rosa installed two pins which cannot be removed without breaking them. A happy outcome.

Great old-fashioned expert service. Rosa and her resident watch-maker (possibly her husband - not sure) have helped me a few times and are great. I had my battery replaced by one of the shoe repair places in Melbourne Central and they buggered the seal. Rosa had it fixed. Not expensive. She’s had to move from her street-front Russell St shop into this one (11/37 Swanston St) due to a hotel being built. Give her your custom to keep this long-standing business going.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went into this shop after calling to see if they had a specific strap for my watch as my dog had chewed mine. I was told to go in and browse the straps they had available. After finding one I liked I asked to buy it there and then but the lady told me to bring my watch back in to have her fit it. I agreed and planned on returning for her to do this. She then called me accusing me of stealing two watch straps! She called 5 times and screamed at me down the phone. I told her as a local business owner I would not jeopardise my reputation by stealing two small watch straps. I told her to call the police if she thinks I stole them and that I’ll be happy to talk to them. I wish I read reviews earlier as it doesn’t look like this is the first tome this type of thing has happened.
