Fantastic ground, great community vibes for smaller cricket matches, generally WBBL, Shield, WNCL, or women's internationals. Have always had a great time here. I have a few issues with the way CV run the cafe there, but that's not the ground itself at fault.

Very neat setup here, still has the old pavilion but also more modern buildings with cafe etc. The oval is mint and a great place to watch cricket.

Terrific boutique cricket stadium with a mix of old and new grandstands. Ideal for viewing cricket & for a family day out with the kids. Strongly recommend a visit next time a cricket game is scheduled. You will not be disappointed.

The Citipower centre is a wonderful place for athletes of all skill levels.
The indoor training facilities are 5-star with all lanes having a speed radar for bowling and bowling machines can also be booked for batting practice.
A super facility from Cricket Victoria.

Great arvo out watching the BB 11.
Picnic lunch on the hill, brilliant family day out.

We went for the Melbourne stars members day, it was such a great atmosphere. Like local cricket. I'd highly recommend going to a game here.
The drinks and food had huge lines, that moved slowly and people blocked the view by standing right in front of everyone BUT some Ppl were kind and squatted down. I'd recommend they put little signs up to suggest squatting down if possible.
Parking is a pain but trams run right past, if you look on there website they have lots of info on what public transport to take.
Being at the end of Albert park lake, it's great to go for a drive and walk around, so close to St kilda too, so a great day out.
