circa 900 pizzeria napoletana

Both pizza's ordered had undercooked dough and were soggy in the middle. The topping ingredients were cheap and tasted awful. I left 2 slices because I just couldn't persevere any more and my sister left half her pizza. When we we were paying the bill the lady asked how it was and we told her that we didn't enjoy it at all and that the pizza was undercooked and soggy in the middle. She told us that the pizza was supposed to be soggy in the middle and was traditional. Really! I have eaten pizza in Naples and not once was it soggy. Corkage is $8 which is highway robbery considering they have no wine at all on the menu.

Delicious pizza here. The dough is moorish and light. The service here is attentive and friendly. The price is common these days for a pizza so it’s fine.

I was born and bred in Napoli and can guarantee this is THE place to go for authentic Neapolitan pizza. Seriously, look no further!
Everything from the menu, to the pizza dough, the fresh ingredients, the staff, and the banter with the pizza makers I had last night made me feel back home in Napoli.
This is definitely the best pizza I had in Melbourne since I moved 7 years ago. Must try.

Popped into Gradi 900 tonight with the European decor & warm welcome smiles from the team I new the food was going to be something special. I had the Gradi 900 pizza & it was delicious perfect balance of flavours. Thanks see you again soon.

Visited with my two primary school kids for an eat in dinner. After ordering, we sat and watched new tables order and finish their meals without any sighting our pizzas. Fed up waiting almost 45 minutes, we asked for them as takeaway. Pizzas were OK which bumps the rating up to two stars but definitely won't be back or recommending to friends.

Great local pizzeria, bases are fresh and crisp with a good variety of toppings. The calamari and zucchini flowers were amazing. Didn't realise it was BYO only, otherwise we would have brought along a bottle of red.
