4 Cracking new estate
Admittedly a lot of paddocks and empty paddocks surround the estate but give it say 5 years. I can say I was there when it all began
Beautiful estate to live with family close to all amenities with lovely views
Think carefully to pay any holding deposit,
After 6 weeks from the time we informed them we're not going ahead and want to get $1000 holding deposit refund, there was no one from the company contact us at all, I have to call and send email again again again again again again.
Think real carefully when you decide to hand over your saving to them, there are literally thousands of lands for sale in the area, no need to rush, why do I decide to pull out?
Beautiful estate. Great views. Nice play ground. Proximity to schools. Nominal pricing when compared to other estates around here. 5 years down the line, it doesn't make any difference. Why pay 10000-30000$ more for same area elsewhere.
