Cino's Pizza

Terrible quality and service. I ordered on Deliveroo and after an hour called to see where the food was. Guy says it’s on its way. Restaurant uses their own drivers who don’t use the app, so can’t see how far off they are. After another half hour I try calling again. They don’t pick up after several attempts. Finally after 90min a guy shows up with the food and it’s cold. Never ordering from here again!

Very disappointed.been waiting over 1.5hr for a pizza delivery and the restaurant won't even pick up the phone to give you an update

Tried a few different pizza places over the years and Cinos does a great vegetarian pizza as the missus is vegetarian and she loves it. Its our Friday takeaway meal and this Friday the pizza arrived but wasn't as expected, called them up and they quickly sent us another - great customer service and we dont see that so much nowadays thus very much appreciated. Will keep on coming back!

Was very disappointed with the meal. I ordered the bbq chicken wings, lasagna and churros on uber eats. It came nearly an hour late, I had to call to get updates on the meal. When it did eventually come, the chicken was raw and the lasagna was 4 sheets thick with just cheese, no meat and no bechamel. But here's the best bit, the churros were actually great, crunchy with chocolate in the middle. For a nearly 2 hour wait I was at least expecting a half decent meal. Hopefully I just got a dud meal

Ordered a margarita. THEY GAVE US WHATEVER THIS IS THEN BLAMED UBER EATS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY WERE RUDE ON PHONE.

We have frequented this restaurant over the past 8 years and gradually it has become worse. I am only posting this as we would have spent over $10k on delivery over the years. The pastas are reheated and horrible and the pizzas are soggy. There must be new owners as it’s gotten so bad over the past year. I would highly recommend not ordering from them this will be the last night we make the same mistake

Worst meal ever. Chips were completely dried out and couldn't even eat them, looked like a day old. One small potato for the lamb meal. Don't eat here if your looking for fresh food.

Absolutely appalled by our order on uber eats. I ordered the Havana Pizza - which the menu explicitly states marinated tiger prawns with the pizza being on the "Gourmet Pizza" list and we got the tiniest plain shrimps out of a can I have ever seen. Nothing "Tiger" or "Marinated" about them. Next, my partner got the Chicken Scallopini and barely touched the chicken as it tasted very bad. We also got given 3/4 sauce and a tiny bit of chicken. Absolute rip off, nothing "gourmet" about the pizza, potential food poison case had my partner continued to eat the chicken - won't ever be ordering from you again.

Kept me and my family waiting for 2 hours. I called after 1.5 hour, they lied to me that it was on the way, called again after 30min, and they told me they are waiting for the delivery guy. Never again.

The worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered the sweet potato the owner called and said I’ve run out of sweet potato I have normal potato but I think it’s off so I ordered the wild mushroom with secret marinade. The marinade was curry. It was gross.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for one pizza and when it finally arrived it was disgusting. Not even worth 1 star.

People are posting about the length of delivery - these people should simply keep in touch with the restaurant on the status of their delivery. Absolutely great pizza for the area (I’m in Carnegie) with no complaints whatsoever.

Happy to give a thumbs up to Chino's pizza. I think it's good to support local businesses that provide its good value for money.

I ate pizzas in so many places but this was the worst pizza shop I had faced. I got food poison and those people are so rude in service.

Ordered a Capriciosa, where was the tomato base? And where were the anchovies? Both were missing! Tasteless, sad looking pizza. Disappointing.

I ordered the Veal with mushroom sauce and vegetables. Such a great meal, delicious and generous size. The driver was great too. I'll defintely be back. Thank you

I ordered via menulog and received food within 30minutes @ 10: 30pm.
Prawns are small shrimp.
Food could have been better but for what time I ordered I’m not complaining

Ordered the peri peri chicken pizza. It wasn’t amazing, but pleasant enough. Definitely better than some other local pizza shops.

Best pizza ever and awesome customer service. Please ignore the negative reviews. In the past 2 weeks my family has got pizza 3 times from Cino's and every time has been amazing. Who cares what nationality cooks it as long as it tastes amazing that's all that matters. Thanks heaps Cino's we will see you again next week

The pizza- 4/5 I get the Havana pizza, and its super nice! Problem is the sour cream isnt what people would expect? That was very disappointing.all in all however the pizza is alright, ingredients seem fresh.

The service- 3/5 Oh boy, thy arent rude but they arent nice? Both times we have been the two people seem void of emotion? Its unsettling to be honest.but the food was on time so thats cool and good.desserts- 2/5 Last night we got churros, and they looked a bit.strage to say the least. I didnt have any but my mum said they werent that good.

Price- 4/5 16 for a gourmet pizza is pretty good if you ask me

Overall- 3.5/5 not the BEST place in the world, but i like it, will continue going there.
