Cilantro Indian Cuisine

Very disappointed.foods are tasteless.waitress staff is polite but Manager (it seems owner) was very rude and arrogant when we make comments regarding their foods.not recommended to visit this place. There are many good restaurants around them.

It is an amazing experience at this place. Staff is very good. They provided brilliant customer service. They makes you remind the taste of India. All curries are amazing. Specially I experienced when Dhairya was there he makes delicious curries.

For me it was the best restaurant to have an Indian taste in Melbourne. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries were mind blowing and I would recommend you to have a taste with brilliant customer service.

All curries taste same. Half cooked chicken. Always check your bill this place charges you higher than what charges showing on bill. Roti is not great, ask for butter roti will deliver plain. No apologise when making customer wait. There are better restaurant around this place. Try our Chaskah.wont be disappointed.

In fact it was not that good, especially the waitress who denied to let us choose where to sit while let other comers to choose where to sit freely, in addition, the food was not as the prices

This is my second visit to Cilantro with my cousin. On our first visit we felt like food and presentation is good but something is missing in the taste of food, even though we are ok with the food. But this time we felt like this is the best indian food in western subrubs. Specially flavours of the staters and curries are perfectly balanced, comming to service of the staff they did really excellent job with warm welcome, makings us comfortable with their friendly environment. Moreover, " Dhaire " (am sorry bro if i spell your name worng) your recipes are awesome bro, I really felt like home made food. There is a magic in your recipes which make every customer to enjoy even food on their finger tips. I have tasted many resturants foods in this past 1 years I ate them just to calm down my hungry, but today I really enjoyed your food with heart.specally tandoor mashroom loved it.

I ordered palak paneer today and never ever I had that yucky palak paneer in my life. Never come back.

One of my favourite restaurent in Melbourne food was really good and hygienic service was awesome thank you for part of western suburb.

Pathetic food making chefs. Please see the naan before going to there. 4 dollar per piece. Terrible.

Food is amazing I have been living in this side of town since 2007 and have tried every restaurant and cilantro is definitely my favourite.

One of the Best Indian cuisine in Truganina and love their food and service. Highly recommended.

Very bad service. Ordered food where the order was not given in the kitchen. When asked was told forgot to give the order for cooking. The sweet corn soup was only filled corn kettles and no taste. Chilli momos where just frozen momos pre cooked and just mixed in chilli sauce. Will never recommend to anyone or go there again

Ordered few curries and naans, I must say the taste was something I have not tasted in long. Everything was just perfect. Every curry tasted as it should accordingly and naans were so fresh, not just that they also delivered complimentary Gulaab jamuns which also were hot and fresh.thanks guys for the good taste of the food and keep it up!

@Owner, please next time make sure you label jain curry correctly. Last time, non-jain curry was marked as jain curry. That's serious mistake for some one following strict jain diet.

We heard good things about this restaurant but after I visited It was worst experience for me because I have never ever got this kind of service in the hospitality ever never going back to this restaurant. First thing we had problem with service which was given by the staff was so unprofessional we were 3 people went for the dinner we ordered entree and then mains but somehow because of miscommunication we got the entree after waiting half an hour all after that we got our drinks during the mains food came up without clearing any entree plates and not served us mains plate even all after that we waited for 10 minutes for our mains plate the food was getting cold so after that I had get up from the table and said over the counter we haven’t got the plate as all after you served us mains. The major thing is that the place was not even hygiene the bins were full and was over filled up in the restroom and dirt papers was on the floor which was looks like very mess and as well as with that the Air-condition filter was totally filled with the cob web straight over the head of the customers on the table so if they are gonna turn it on the cob web will be in your dish and you even realise it so to conclude all after this complaint we have not got the any proper feedback from the owners son and there was no one authoritative person who was looking after the restaurant and every tables as well was raising their hands up but there was not a single staff was to look after the customer every one had to wait for it. The reason why I am writing this complaint to the owner is just because of my sympathy to the owner of the restaurant because he was not there so he doesn’t know about it what’s going on and I don’t want make him to lose the customers because as I’ve heard he belong from gujrat and me too belongs from the same state so this is what I am writing is to let the owner knows what are the things we had face and what are thing have to be improve by the time because I am also working in the same hospitality industry since 4 years as a manager so please take this one as advice sir not a complaint.

Food, service, staffs, hygiene very poor, serve microwave heated curry.speak with owners son's n he reply bcz COVID we are less staffs and not able to manage properly. As per his pov numbers of customers are remain same but staffs less bcz corona virus genius.

The food was good but there was so much miscommunication between the staff. We made a booking in advance still we had to wait for 20 minutes.

Quite good restaurant for Indian food! In fact this is one place where you don't need to explicitly ask for making it spicy - it is served at just right level for Indian tastebuds. Interiors are close to fine dine. The only downside I feel is the music is a little too loud, which sometimes makes having conversation difficult.

Heard good reviews from friends so visited once but never going back. We ordered hot and sour soup which was like boiled water, they could even do the masala papad properly. The main course was below average. Only nans were good.
