Chrysalis Kinesiology / Awakening Soul Mastery

We sometimes forget to say thank you. I had my first and only session with Christina, I was under a fair amount of stress at the time. At the time I let go a quite a bit. Since the session I have had more clarity and feel a lot lighter. I was reflecting on it this morning and wanted to just say thank you Christina. The session really made a difference.

I started seeing Christina just before COVID when my anxiety was the worst it’s ever been and I wasn’t coping. She supported me through year 12 and everything in between and I don’t know how I would have done it without her. She makes me feel like I am heard and understood and she has the greatest energy about her. I feel lighter after our sessions and I always leave with a takeaway that has me feel more uplifted than I felt coming into the session. Would highly recommend!
