Utterly amazing! The whole experience, from the first day of try ons, and every other visit was equally as amazing. All the ladies made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I was after. I loved parts of two seperate dresses so they took both parts of these dresses and made my custom dress with these. The finished product is even more amazing than I could of imagined. Special thanks to Carmel, Jackie, Helena and Vera for all their help and for really making the dress process a breeze.

Went to at least 3 other wedding dress stores and had the best experience at Christina Rossi! Carmel was so friendly and amazing with recommending dresses for me that tailored my personal likes, size and even my budget! Thank you for helping me pick my dress for my big day!

My in store experience in Christina Rossi was brilliant & Dawn was absolutely exceptional. Sadly, I was beyond extremely let down with the delivery of my dress. I was charged $120 only to find it arrived at the post office in a 40 centimetre Aus post box. Included was my dress, rolled up & bound in sticky tape & then to add insult to injury, they packed the wrong veil - In a sandwhich bag & when I told her she said, no no, that’s your veil. She eventually told me that they did send the incorrect veil & replaced that. Such disappointment & disgust at how it was packaged & sent. So many people, men included have said that is Appalling but she refuses to refund me, I was also told that it only costs $20 to post, not $120. Such a shame to have that magical moment stolen from me due to a lack of care & laziness. I wish I could post the pictures! In saying that, My dress is stunning & I can’t wait to wear it proudly & it was a lovely experience in store. I truly hope this never ever happens to any other brides. Goodluck ladies x

Carmel was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, took time out of her day to dress me in many options as I didn't know what I wanted and I was just a walk in so I didn't expect the be taken care of so well. Excellent service and prices. Couldn't recommended her and the shop more highly.

The ladies in this salon are fabulous! As a plus size bride I’d had a terrible experience at another bridal ship just down the road and these ladies went above and beyond. We had to postpone a few times and it was never a problem for these ladies! I was smiling and laughing the whole time at every visit with them. Would highly highly recommend them.

After one daughter purchased her wedding dress from here, second daughter went there yesterday. Both had a lovely experience and purchased their dresses from here. I was pleasantly happy with the price of both. Although price didn't come into selection both were under budget. Great experience. Thank you so much for your guidance.

This place is so horrible! I really discourage anyone to come here. I felt uncomfortable with the way the staff treated this Chinese woman that came in and laughed at her accent. And also as a young bride, I felt that they were very condescending. The staff were not friendly or helpful / understanding of my low budget dress with continuous comments saying “You won’t find anything with your budget. ” and “That dress is way over your budget” and “You’re looking in the wrong section is not on sale you know? ”. Even if anybody came in with an “unrealistic” budget, you should be able to come across as understanding and reassuring. Even if I found a cheap and beautiful dress there, I would NOT purchase it from here. Felt like I was wasting THEIR time, which is far from what any future bride should feel like.

The team at Christina Rossi bridal are so friendly and made wedding dress buying an exciting experience. I found it too daunting to go into too many bridal shops but Carmel made me comfortable as i walked in the door. She listened carefully to what I was after and took her initiative to make suggestions of designs that I didn't even think of! And still fit within my budget which was a bonus.

The fittings were made so easy by the professional Jacqui and Ruksa- both are very experienced and professional and were able to make my requested adjustments so that the dress became "MY" dress. I was in love and the shape complimented my body so well.

I took a dress from another designer to Christina Rossi for alterations. The staff were all so lovely, and took very good care of me despite obviously no potential of a dress sale.

They treated my dress with respect, and executed what I wanted in line with what they knew would work best with the fabric and natural shape of the dress.

I had an amazing time at Christina Rossi yesterday! They made me feel completely comfortable, was not at all pushy and let me think for myself while making this decision and I ended up saying yes to my dress!

I went to Christina Rossi last week to find my dream gown. I was amazed by how they provide excellent services.

They also gave me an option to customize my dress which is very fantastic

BRIDES BEWARE. Find yourself a reputable bridal shop and staff to deal with. YOUR WEDDING DAY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF YOUR LIFE AND YOUR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES SHOULD BE PERFECT, YOU SHOULD RECEIVE WHAT YOU HAVE ASKED FOR AND ORDERED UNDER THEIR GUIDANCE. They ask you to rate your experience with a star; I cannot give even one star. Dawn the Manager and Carmel the Store Manager will do and say anything to get a sale. They show you a 1cm swatch of fabric to order your dresses from BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A DRESS IN EACH COLOUR ON THE SWATCH BOARD TO SHOW YOU. It is their business; they should know what the dresses will look like made up. My daughter asked for the lightest pink close to white, only wanted the dresses to have a hint of pink, with white lining. She asked this many times, the staff reassured the dresses would be the lightest of pink and the lining in white or to match. We received CANDY FLOSS PINK coloured bridesmaid dresses. They are so bright. DON’T ORDER OFF A SWATCH, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU KNOWING YOU WILL BELIEVE IN THEM AND THE REASSURANCE THEY ARE GIVING YOU WHILST IN THEIR PREMISES. My daughter was promised a full refund they have now reneged on. With only two weeks before my daughter’s wedding we have had to find other dresses more suitable than CANDY FLOSS PINK COLOURED DRESSES. THANKS FOR THE ADDED STRESS KYLIE J BRIDAL; YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. I HOPE BRIDES TAKE NOTE OF THIS MESSAGE AND DON’T THINK IT WILL NOT HAPPEN TO YOU. THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS.
