Bought my mum a Birthday present online and added to it over the phone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and just now I received a call from my mum thanking my partner and I for the beautiful surprise. Obviously if not for Covid I would have been able to see my mum on her 83rd Birthday, it aches me to the core that I couldn't, but I am extremely happy that Christian Paul Floral Studio and I could still put a smile on my mum's face and make it a little special. We organised to get some flowers delivered last minute during a lockdown and on a Saturday. We used our friends FB name assuming her hospital name would be the same. The lovely company called
to inform us that there was no one at the hospital under this name. We rang around to find out what name she was under (yes I know such a Gen Y mistake), we finally found out and contacted the florist and they still manage to get it delivered on a Saturday without charging us anything extra for our time consuming mistake.

My wife is a florist and chose this company as she loved there style. We received a picture of the arrangement we ordered (florist choice) and it was as beautiful as we had hoped.

I would highly recommend this company. They are great florists and also go out of there way for customers while still remaining polite and understanding for our mistake.

The quality of the product and the presentation was spectacular, and quite better value then those bigger name competitors. I will be coming here again for sure
