The selection of shoes there is poor. The one in CBD has a larger range.
From the 2 shoes that I was looking for, they didn't have any. But they let me know that the store in CBD had both.
Bought them at CBD.

Jo is fantastic at the Christian Louboutin Chadstone Store.
Bought my first pair of pumps last week, she treated me like royalty.
I was anxious buying my first pair, but she was understanding, patient and compassionate.
Ended up trying on so many different shoes, sizes, types of leather, she never hesitated to assist me with it all.
Even ended up going back for an exchange and she was so very professional and calm about it.

I accidentally chose a pair of shoes which were wrong for my foot type. They looked good on the side when I tried them on in store, but when I tried them on at home, they just didn't work for me. I was so thankful that when I went the next day the friendly staff members could see what I was talking about and brought out about 6 more pairs of shoes for me to try on until I found the right pair and fit for me:) No questions asked, didn't try to rush me and they made great suggestions. Thank you!

Rude service and each time I visit there is new staff for the price of shoes would be great if u could get the same staff to build up repour woth customers

What a wonderful place to shop at so comfortable so inviting and such amazing polite and happy staff too.

I absolutely have to say a big thank you to Filora for helping me out through the whole process which is quite hard in these covid times.

But with her correspondence over the phone with me I was able to pick out a shoe and size and purchase it all in the same week.

My wife was pretty happy with the purchase so here's a couple pics and I'll send a little box opening video soon.

I will definitely be back when im passing through again, keep up the great work guys.

The worker - Bilora, took my temperature, checked me into the store with the QR code, let me into the store and then refused to serve me due to having a medical
excemption for not having a face mask and said she wasn’t comfortable with me being in store. She then proceeded to ask me for a medical certificate or prescription stating this, not only did I not feel the need to explain my circumstances but was embarrassed infront of other customers and staff. When I advised her that I didn’t need to show her anything in writing she said she had temporary masks for me to put on otherwise I wasn’t allowed in.

I’ve honestly never been so disgusted at a brand in my life, not only was I prepared to make a purchase but after just decided to take my purchase elsewhere after being humiliated for having a disorder out of my control.

Don’t think I’ll be back.

Disgusted that brands have workers that represent their values like this also.

Came in here couple weeks ago & spontaneously brought a pair of sneakers. The particular sneaker was located in Sydney and the friendly staff was happy to ordered the shoe to Melbourne. From start to go service was awesome. Helpful, clear & informative. Would come back because we luv the shoes but the great service gives a premium experience.

Went there with my hubby on Saturday night. Very happy about our purchases. The staffs there are amazing, patient and helpful. They made sure that you will be happy about what you are paying for, which was really worth the while. Big thanks to Daisuke N who looked after us, and the lady as well. Will visit again!: D would highly recommend!

Always a wonderful experience shopping here the new chadstone store is an absolute dream. Sarah Cox and all the staff are always such a pleasure to deal with, (I’m sorry I can’t remember all of your names, but I know all your faces) I feel more like I’m visiting my friends when I’m there. Was at the Christian Loboutin section in the shoe department and the sales assistant was on a personal call. She was so rude to continue to talk on the phone while she was standing their watching me waiting for her. Asked what I wanted while still talking on the phone. Till I had to repet my question 4 times before she finally told the person on the phone to hold on a second so she could actually do her job! Was wanting to make a purchase but I’d rather go to the actual store in Collins st and get proper customer service instead of being complete ignored! Worst service ever!
