Customer's service was atrocious this afternoon when I went in to look for a particular pair of heels. The sale assistant just gave me a "look" yeah that "look" coz I was carrying a "Zara" shopping bag.

She didn't offer any help then went to the back room and chatted to her workmates.

What a customer service nowadays!

Shocking experience of my visit. Staff seem not very willing to help also don’t really their products as all. So disappointed. Specially one of the girl there not even wear Louboutin shoes. It’s a sign! The little guys work there wasn’t genuine at all when he throwing his compliment to my partner. They all need lots of work.

Fantastic service, I purchased a pair of shoes for my fiancee’s birthday online and we needed to change the size.

This experience was seamless, easy and the person who helped us was fantastic and made the whole process so easy.

You can see why people come back time and time again to buy their shoes, some other brands could learn a thing or two from the customer service here.

I also like that when you buy shoes here you know that they have been made in Europe under fair working conditions, instead of in some sweat shop somewhere.

I had a horrible experience at this “David jones” Christian Louboutin store. Customer service is deplorable.
When I came to buy shoes for myself and the staff name was toby, he had no intention of entertaining me. And he’s very moody. It’s weird because when I asked for the shoe, he said he didn’t have time to look because he was waiting for his lunchtime. And also said if I really wanted this pair, I should go to the Chadstone store to get them.

And then, a few moments later, my sister-in-law complained about his behaviour to his co-worker, and she got the shoes for me.

This kind of situation shouldn’t happen to anyone. Treat the customer equally and well—no Color discrimination.

And his colleagues apologised on his behalf of him, but I’m still not happy with his actions. The manager should take serious action against his attitude.

By far my favourite place to be. I would recommend Jackly, she’s always looking after me, always helping me adding to my never ending shoe collection. Wonderful service and team!
