Mix up of orders on multiple occasions, very disorganised. Great good when it finally arrives

Very confused restaurant with ordinary food. Staff are working hard and do a great job. It seems quite obvious the owners want the restaurant to be a jack of all trades but it end up being a mess. Wait was too long, food was below average.

Chookas roasts is by far the best customer service you'll ever receive in Ballarat. After menulog making me wait 2 hours for delivery and never delivering it. Andre from chookas roasts was amazing. With remaking my food so it's fresh, apologising when it wasn't even their fault, going above and beyond making sure I got a refund and that I still got my food. The food is great quality, with loads of gluten free options. They will now forever be my favourite restaurant. A huge thank you to Chookas, I will definitely be ordering here again.

The service was good but the scalloped potatoes were terrible. So bland. I won't go back there again. Not worth the money at all.

Ordered at 4pm for a 6.30 delivery & advised at 6.05 the order wouldn't be fulfilled. Not a great experience.

Sorry guys, this food was proper bad. A chook from the supermarket is much nicer. Avoid. Way over priced for what it was. It didn't even have stuffing. Dry and just plain bad. Sorry!

Lovely service and great food, special thanks to the young lady on a Saturday around lunch time who helped make all the yummy decisions.
