Absolutely disgusting service the owner Marcus came and gave us a quote and organised a date but when it came time to lay the carpet he forgot to book it in. They then organised a later day then the guy didn’t show up the office staff proceeded to tell me he was a new guy and has now been sacked. The carpet was laid the next day with supposedly upgraded carpet but it’s not then a $400 discount. Not once has the manager Marcus tried to contact us with an apology left it all up to the office staff very gutless if you ask me. Will never recommend them to anyone worst company ever

I have had Marcus and his team install floorboards in my home recently. He is a very efficient, experienced and professional person as well as being a very friendly and knowledgeable person.
I recently needed advice on how to remove some marks on the floorboards of another property and his advice and recommended product worked very well.

Marcus and his team were fantastic. The 3 men who laid our hybrid flooring were excellent, very precise in finishing even the smallest of spaces. They cleaned up as best they could and nothing was too much trouble. The carpet layer Mick was very friendly and did a fantastic job. 2 bad experiences, and I then cancelled my full house recarpeting. When I called not interested when I said I had a bad experience, did not even ask what happened.

Kitchen Reno, vinyl floor laying for newly exposed area to match existing floors.

Was quoted one price in store, booked to proceed ahead of official quotation on-site considering price advised I store and the urgent need to get it done.

Original area size quoted was smaller than originally thought and was then sent booking invoice if $500 more on an original estimate of $1250. When I called to query why the huge jump in price, it was dropped by $300 and was given a wishy washy excuse prices went up in the few weeks we discussed it, and original quote may not have included laying, but we specifically made a call not to do ourselves due to difference calculation vs out time.

Also paid installer to level floor (feather) and there is a huge dip in floor, ordered 1 box too much, which I was charged for include laying cost, 1 board used as he made a mistake, then he packed rest of box to take away with him! I had to ask for it back.cheeky!

Worst part, I called to cancel my carpet quotation for my house, when asked if I would like to reschedule I said no, due to recent experience, and not one question asked, not interested in customer satisfaction, but very quick to take 100% of money upfront.

Really disappointed.

Angela was simply amazing, her customer care and service is Gold Class, could not recommend her more highly. Thanks again Angela. Our floors are amazing.

We bought new carpet a few years ago, it had bubbled and looked terrible.
Choices were very good and sent out a carpet layer to deal with it. His name was Michael (Mick) He spent most of the day cutting and fixing it, it was big job, We are so happy it looks like a new carpet Thankyou Choices, we would recommend their customer service any time.

Just want to say thank you to Ross the most experienced Carpet Layer for such a great job laying are carpet last week on Thursday. Well done Ross very happy with the job you did and the quick service from the shop as well.

Choices Flooring i highly recomend. The team there are great as i needed carpet fitted with short notice as previous carpet supplier let me down. Not only did they fit it out in time i managed to save money. In the end Choices flooring won my business when it came to the rest of the reno with timber flooring, new tiles for the kitchen and bathroom. Disappointed. Got carpet from here in January 2021. When we were sold the carpet we were told that the installers would ‘power stretch’ the carpet so it would be installed to minimise ripples in the carpet over time. Obviously this can’t be stopped completely, I know that. But when the installer installed there was a noticeable ripple in our passage just after installation. I only noticed after they left. I asked the installer not to cut any of the sliding door guides into the carpet and I would do it later as I wanted to make some changes to the door but they cut it in anyway. Carpet is a expensive purchase.

Marcus and Carmelina were absolutely amazing in helping organise the install of my new floorboards. I had a very demanding body corp who needed a tonne of paperwork and a tight moving date, which Carmelina worked through without a fuss. Fantastic customer service and I could not be happier with my new flooring. Have had so many comments on how great it looks. Thank you so much!
