We chose Choice Flooring Bendigo to replace all our floor coverings and we are very pleased that we did. We had to stop when they were nearly finished for reasons beyond our control and they were very patient about it and let us resume as soon as we could. All done now and we are very pleased with it. The team at Choice are all very pleasant and easy to get on with.

I recently had carpet and vinyl installed.
My first point of reference was with David in sales. Could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a trouble. Even coming around on his day off to move furniture.
The layer, Nathan, was a pleasure to have in my home.
Treated the place with utmost respect.
Couldn't be happier with the end result.

Had some blinds installed after black Saturday by this mob, came back to replace some parts and they were unhelpful and couldn’t be interested in keeping our business. Would not recommend as they are only looking for a quick sale, no customer service whatsoever, poor service.

The flooroom experience of having our house carpeted recently was ok, and I would have given 3 stars. However, the actual experience of the carpet laying was a shamozzle at best. The presentation of the 2 carpet layers is an embarrassment to the company; the only way someone stenches that badly of smoke by 8am is if they have had a pack of ciggies already by then, or they haven't washed themselves or their clothes. 2.5hrs later, they'd already taken 2 cigarette breaks, on our property. We have a little baby with medical conditions - this was totally inappropriate so I left with her for a few hours, assuming the job would be done soon. When I got back, the job wasn't close to being finished. The guys went on a 1.5hr lunch break, and returned with a third muppet (who I'm sure was not on the books with Choices, based on his presentation). Two of the workers continued to work barefoot - OH&S a strongpoint, clearly. It took them a whole day to do 4 rooms. In a previous house, 1 man had removed existing carpet and re-carpeted 3 rooms in a matter of hours.
I emailed the store to provide feedback and ask for a response - of course almost 3 months later I've heard nothing, because I'm sure nothing was done. Just avoid this mob of clowns.
