We had a fantastic experience with Choices. Their display room was well layed out, the salesperson Eliza was phenomenal: she talked us through our options and helped us pick colours and without any pressure at all. We went to all the flooring places and came back here. The processes of negotating details of quotes and installation were all flawless. Left over carpet was over-locked into mats. Overall, really impressed.

From walking in the door at Choices Flooring Shepparton to the measure up & the final laying of the carpet, all we can say is exceptional!

For our reno, we needed an overhaul of our existing carpets. We headed straight into Choices Shepparton. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and super patient. Cassie was really helpful with her suggestions and we finally decided on the Rouillon 72 with Gold underlay. We couldn't be more satisfied with the end product. After a year of use, the chain on our Luxaflex blind broke and the store provided us with a complimentary new chain. A follow up facetime session with Ray quickly resolved installation issues we were having. Great after sales service!

Very friendly staff and owner they go out of there way to help you.
