Was also really impressed by Ali and his son Finn who did an amazing job installing the vinyl that was helped selected by the choices staff

I wanted to take the time to write this as there was such a noticable change in attitude and service we received after we visited a few months ago, pleased we went back.

Our Choices Flooring FTG experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The installers travelled over 100km (no exaggeration) to complete the carpet install ON A SUNDAY so that my elderly parents could move back into their house after a bigger renovation. The installers were reliable, moved all furniture (many times!) and even replaced a few floorboards which were creaky. ABOVE AND BEYOND.

These are the people for you! Even if you're not local!

I recently got my kitchen renovated and used Choices flooring to put in luxury vinyl tile floors. Tom and the team were incredibly easy to deal with and got me exactly the result I wanted. I will be using them for many more projects in the future in this property and beyond.

The whole team at Ferntree Gully Choices have been fantastic, right through from friendly customer service in store with Roxanne and others - when I was researching different products in their very wide range. Then only last week, an express measure and quote from Rachel followed up today with an astonishingly efficient and beautiful installation of vinyl by Ali. The whole team are very friendly and considerate (not just the ones I've named), and the end result is fantastic. I'm very pleased and thankful to be done before the next lockdown.

The carpet's were lovely but we found the lady who came out to quote us had very little customer service skills and over quoted us by far.

Had the best dealings with Choices Flooring FTG when purchasing my Hybrid flooring. Brian and Roxy were fantastic to deal with, super friendly and patient. They really know their stuff and i would HIGHLY recommend their store.

Very very pricey. We got 5 quotes from different providers and all the other quotes were for a 12 mm laminate. Quote recd from Choice for an 8mm Laminate was by far the most expensive & the difference was not a few hundred dollars but differed by $2100 from the most expensive quote of the other 5. Needless to say we did not go with them.
