It took just 16 days for Choices Flooring to visit my home, measure, quote and install my new timber floors in 4 x bedrooms, and the result is exceptional. Credit to Loretta for making the measure, quote and material selection so easy and straightforward and my thanks to the installers on the day - they worked for 11 hours straight to make sure I had my house back by evening! Everyone did an incredible job and I whole-heartedly recommend Loretta and the Choices team for anyone wishing to do the same. I am confident you will be just as pleased as I am!

Recently had our upstairs carpet replaced with Abode hybrid flooring (Alpha - Gilli Gum) by Choices Flooring Hoppers Crossing and we are extremely happy with the product and the service from start to finish. After visiting other flooring companies I was recommended to Choices Hoppers Crossing by friends who were very happy with their service. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the minute I walked through the door. He was informative about the products and helped us select the best product for our needs without pushing the more expensive options and made the ordering process very easy. We wanted it installed before Christmas so I was a bit stressed about whether that would happen on time but everything went exactly to plan. On the day of installation the team were outstanding - they even turned up early, and got stuck in immediately. I've never seen anyone work so hard, and they cleaned as as they went which was really appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure that the flooring was installed to the highest standard. We are very happy with the finished result in terms of appearance and extremely happy with the service throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend the team at Choices in Hoppers Crossing. Without a doubt we had the best experience with Choices Flooring Hoppers Crossing. We recently re-floored our house. Bec was very helpful in suggesting just the right products to us, she was very thorough and detailed in every aspect our flooring requirements.
At the penultimate hour we realised that the original floor board that we had selected were darker than we liked so we requested for the change, Bec and her team were very prudent in handling our last minute request and arranged for new floor boards.
Michael, our installer, even offered to pick up the floor board for us. Michael is very methodical and pedantic in every detail. We got the best result we could hope for.
We felt cared for, and that received the best customer experience.

We’ve just had our tiles and carpets removed throughout our whole home, and hybrid flooring installed.

Recently had carpets installed by Choices in Hoppers Crossing. Could not be happier with the whole experience- the service was professional and friendly, the range and options were fantastic and pricing was very reasonable for high quality, everything went smoothly (stock was checked and install booked prior to taking deposit so no nasty surprises!). Install day came quickly and the installer was professional and did an amazing job. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Disgusting customer service. They don’t call you back ever. I had been waiting and waiting to get my carpets done and they just keep telling me they will call me back with nothing coming of it. So disappointing
