Choice pharmacy Burwood

I am very happy with the service provided at Choice pharmacy. We get all of our flu and Covid-19 vaccinations here. They are very friendly and helpful. It saves us time and we don’t have to wait in a doctor’s waiting room.

Our local pharmacy that is helpful and friendly. Large range of stock, trustworthy and efficient. Very pleased to have them in our area.

I am very happy with the service and lovely pharmacist at Choice pharmacy Burwood Brickworks. The services, products and staff expertise and friendliness are exceptional.

I called today for medication whilst isolating. I explained my position and was told I would have to wait as they only deliver on Monday. I guess that is as supportive as you can expect these days.

We visited the pharmacy on Sunday and I felt compelled to share with the community that this is by far the best presented pharmacy that we have ever seen. It’s got a vast variety of beautiful gifts as well plus a very warm and friendly owner and team. Parking is great which is always a bonus!

My only go to pharmacy for years now. Staffs are very friendly, approachable, helpful and professional. They go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and satisfied. I love the atmosphere and the little kids corner to keep my kids entertained while waiting for scripts:)

Choice pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice! I stepped into this pharmacy when it opened its doors for trading and have never stepped in another pharmacy since. The service and knowledge of the pharmacists and staff are exemplary. Being in the health care industry myself we need quality health care providers like these pharmacists. They are extremely knowledgeable and recommend the most appropriate and efficient health care treatments that are required. They adhere strictly to their duty of care and are caring, considerate and compassionate about their clients needs and concerns. Having a large family, some with needle phobia’s are frequently visiting this pharmacy for their vaccinations. They feel comfortable in attending the pharmacy and feel supported and Ahmed is absolutely outstanding in making all four individuals feel happy to receive their vaccinations. Without any tears. The pharmacy is fully stocked with great quality products and the service by the staff is outstanding. My family have a great rapport with the pharmacist and the caring nature of Ahmed the pharmacist is great ;he knows their history and is always able to help them with any health care concerns and how they will respond to any treatments. If you or your family need a pharmacy that really listens to your healthcare concerns and want to establish a great relationship to have your health care needs met then this is the pharmacy for you. Amazing team!

Such a professional, and friendly medical staff and ambience. They make your experience easy, and welcome you with a warm attitude.

I'm not great with needles, but you know who is. Ahmed! He and his staff are always welcoming, calming and do a magnificent job of keeping me distracted to a point I don't even feel any needles. They are fast and efficient and highly recommended by me.

Friendly staff that will welcome you to the store. However, the prices here are exorbitant wherein you can get it cheaper at major supermarkets or pharmacies. Noted that another reviewer has also commented about how the pharmacists had jacked up prices during COVID-19 pandemic. One simply has to compare the prices when shopping unless it’s an emergency.

Moving forward, the manager is inflexible in allowing split payments and I ended up having to do multiple transactions. I almost ended up not purchasing anything. Can’t see how they can do business without any “creativity” or flexibility. The flow of customers in the pharmacy is already a tell-tale.

On the other hand, they have the cheek to include my first transaction into the second transaction, which I didn’t realise until I got home.

Overall, it’s a DISHONEST and GREEDY pharmacy and for that “double transaction” - I’m sorry - you can have that money but I trust that reputation is key to doing business. So, whoever that is reading this - I suggest hat you do your homework prior to shopping unless it’s an emergency of course.

I don't normally leave reviews but the team at Choice have gone the extra mile at every opportunity, calling my doctor to follow up on scripts not faxed, delivering, making sure to keep my medications in stock etc. Chemist warehouse may be cheaper but I've lost hours with their screw-arounds in the past and my time is worth more then the couple of dollars I might save. 100% recommend

This pharmacy really makes you welcome and the main pharmacist and other staff are super friendly and lovely.

The most pleasant pharmacy to visit in the area, and a good range of products. Especially helpful when it came to ordering in medication that had gone out of stock in Australia.

Daylight robbery or price gouging. They repackaged facemasks and sold 5 for $15. I'm not gonna encourage such business practice.

The pharmacy has a plenty of products, brand new pharmacy less than 5 mins to get my script done.and I got a free weight loss customised program where I sat with the pharmacist and he got all my details and advised me on my options to lose weight and then scheduled a follow up after 4 weeks. Just an amazing services:)
