I've been suffering from a lower back injury/soreness for ages, been putting treatment off because that's what blokes do. One visit here and my issue was identified and, after just one session, I feel so much better! Obviously not completely fixed just yet but feels at least 80% better than when I walked in, the pain has all but stopped. Highly recommended, they know their way around a spine, that's for sure. I’ve Been seeing Neil at Chiro solutions for about 5months now but I’ve had a session with Justin as well. And this is honestly the only Chiro practitioners I felt like they actually give a fk about your recovery. Unlike every other chiro I’ve been to. These guys actually Listen to your concern and address your problem. I was suffering from acute sciatica that basically almost paralysed me and with Neil’s corrections and strengthening and conditioning exercise plans I was able to walk on my feet with minimum pain. Now I am on way to full recovery and hopefully back to work soon.

Sceptics try it and you’ll believe it

Despite Neil Gomez, the chiropractor, is friendly and good at what he does his receptionist Kim is very standoffish. Could tell when she's stressed and rude even sometimes. Others seem to be more approachable and friendly.
There's no facilities for baby if you're taking your bub for treatment. So prepared to change your bub in the back of your car. However you can use the second treatment room if another Chiro is not working on that day. The reception area is ok with limited space too for prams, etc. Waiting/ changing cubicle are reasonable but could do with a shelf or two. The toilet has two doors which is ridiculous and limited the space to maneuver as it's already too small. It could do with one door and one lock with some hooks for handbags, etc. Toilet has no room for the pram at all so prepared to leave your bub outside the door or at the reception.

I've been having chiropractic adjustments on-and-off for about 20 years. Every chiropractor adjusted my neck the same way- which felt good, and gave some temporary relief, but had to be repeated weekly or fortnightly. Justin conducted my assessment and adjusted my neck in a completely different way to any other chiropractor.just one adjustment and I've had no more reoccurring issues. The team here genuinely want to help their patients get better. A lot of other chiropractors, and physios and osteopaths that I've visited, seem to have lost their care-factor. They seem happy to have a continuous conveyor belt of patients to "treat" as quickly as possible, then keep them coming back every week indefinitely. But, at Chiropractic Solutions, they actually want you to get well enough so that you don't have to come back. They have a great ethos here and are excellent at what they do!

Really friendly team. I usually see Justin but fully trust everyone here. They identified a problem in my lower back no one had picked up on before and set me a detailed treatment plan and was happy to answer all my questions.

I have been pretty sceptical about seeing a chiropractor for a long time. I’ve worked in the beauty industry for 10 years and its heavily impacted my back, neck and wrists. I was pretty surprised that I had a handful of clients who recommended Justin and kept telling me that I should go in to see him since I was experiencing pain on a daily basis.

When I booked with Justin, I had no idea that my back was causing other issues with my body, he was very thorough and informative. I haven’t had my menstrual cycle in 8 months and that has been a huge stress and concern for me, I had no idea that the lower back could have a play on that. Ive been seeing Justin for almost 2 months and I no longer have pain in the trouble areas I initially came in for and on top of that I am now back on my cycle! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUSTIN.

I can't stress enough how much I recommend their services. I had a back pain which was under investigation, but one day it became unbearable (I couldn't stand, sit or move for days) so I made an appointment at Chiro Solutions. Dr. Justin Youssef was extremelly patient and performed a very in depth assesment. He explained to me everything, from the underlying cause to the treatment, and very quickly I was pain free and able to resume my life. He was also very transparent and honest about the decreasing frequency of appointments I needed due to my fast recovery, which I really appreciate. Plus, the great, fun, patient and caring service have always brightened my day.

In fact, Dr. Justin was the only professional which was able to give me answers about my pain. When my MRI and radiograph results came back (from that parallel investigation), I was told by multiple gps that "nothing was wrong", "back pain is normal" and for me to "get used to it" (mind you I am only 22). Knowing that was not true based on the assesment given by Dr. Justin, I requested to have a look at the reports and consulted with a family member who is a radiologist and there it was, listed, all of the issues Dr. Justin had already identified in my first visit, which the gps failed to see.

To me, this speaks of how capable and knowledgable he is. I know that if I had not seeked his help I would still be in pain and looking for answers. I am very grateful for the treatment I have received and recommend it to everyone.

Justin and the team are the absolute best. I have been a regular client over the past 12 months and Justin has finally been able to correct issues I've suffered for years that no other Chiro could. He is passionate about his field and always seeks to educate his clients. What I love the most is these guys are not your typical money grabbing chiro more so focussed on correcting and teaching you to self manage.

Chiropractic Solutions really do a fantastic job. They perform thorough and in depth assessments prior to any treatment and only treat the area that needs it. I was particularly impressed being a physio myself I have never been to a chiro but thought I would give it a shot for my upper back pain. Dr Justin yousef was very thorough with his assessment and was able to explain his clinical reasoning in a way for non medical professionals would be able to understand.
