Chiropedic Essendon DFO

Bought a new base for my bed, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, giving me the time to go through their selections and ultimately helping me pick the right one. Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed!

We went here to buy a new mattress as the old one gave me a backache every morning. We tried several mattresses and finally decided to get the Yinahla posture gel king mattress and braga base.
The mattress is super comfy and I no longer wake up with backache. I’d recommend going to the store to try the mattress. I was thinking to get the standard yinahla mattress but when we were there my partner preferred the feel of the gel version. For me both are comfy except the gel version has more luxurious feel to it. My partner is a lot bigger than me and he said he feels more supported with the gel version. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for quality mattress.

The beds are great to sleep on initially but the service and warranty is terrible. When I bought my mattress there was signs advising of free mattress removal when purchasing a new mattress. On delivery of my mattress, the drivers refused to take my old mattress claiming they didn't offer that service - even when I showed them photo evidence. On top of that, it's only been 3 months since I bought this new mattress and it has gone mouldy, even though it has been stored in the recommended way with mattress protection. They've told me this is not in their warranty - so a brand new mattress costing $2500 plus the base is now unusable. I was a long term customer who previously told multiple friends to shop here and now they've lost my business.

We are very happy with our mattress purchase at Chiropedic DFO Essendon. The staff were terrific, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Everything promised such as quality, delivery date and time were spot on. If your after a new mattress we highly recommend you go to a Chiropedic store for excellent service and products.

POOR QUALITY MATTRESS! Purchased (And Sleep Luna) double mattress December 2021 from Essendon store, mattress wasn't in use for awhile, after a short while of use mattress started sagging on side slept on, I have purchased a queen size same make (And Sleep Luna) few years back still in fairly ok condition, sale staff assured me it's the same so without hesitation I made the purchase, unfortunately it is no way of same quality, its only been a short time since use, this shouldn't happen after such a short time we are forever needing to rotate the mattress every week not happy, it dosent really deserve the one star either but it wouldn't allow me to post, please save your money and shop around.

Very happy with my mattress from Chiropedic Essendon from the first night I slept on it and still now more than a year later I’m still loving it, excellent quality and comfort, thank you!

Alex took care of us when we made our purchase! Our new king mattress has been the best investment we've made in a long time. After choosing the incorrect mattress for us initially from another Chiropedic store we spoke to marketing/customer service team where Marie was wonderful gave us a few options to go try out. We went to Essendon DFO and spoke with Kylie who was super helpful, so lovely and helped us choose the correct mattress explaining to us how our current mattress’s springs worked and how this other mattress’s springs would benefit me better while supporting the areas I needed being so heavily pregnant!
I wanted to just make sure I was picking the right mattress second time around so we went back in and Alex also helped us she was also super lovely and helpful and told us the same thing Kylie had. They really know their stuff and are passionate about their products!
We chose the mattress and it was swapped over and the first night we slept on it was bliss! I had been getting hip pain from having to sleep on my side but after the first night I woke up with NO pain!
It’s now been 2 weeks and still no pain and my partner and I are super happy with our choice and very grateful and thankful to Marie, Kylie and Alex for taking the time to listen, help and make sure we were happy with our selection!
This mattress has made a world of difference!

Outstanding customer service and top quality products. After visiting a few of the other mattress stores at DFO, we found the other stores salespeople weren't genuine and didn't have our best interest at heart. My partner and I explained to Alex what we were looking for and we found the perfect mattress. Alex is extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.
