I thought service great although would have liked few seconds alone to experience the bed, but they certainly knew their product. The bed is ok, taking some adjusting to the topper bit and had to buy another basic mattress protector to put ontop the mandatory $200 one. My 2 stars is that I was informed to turn the 35 plus kg mattress twice in 2 weeks. All good, but then I read fine print online. I have to find someone to come into my home and turn this thing every single month for the rest of its life or warranty is void! Why? I clearly asked would it have to be turned and given a spiel on no not these days things have changed. They were well aware I have disabling back issues so cannot do alone. Something to be aware of when buying any of these types of beds. This was a At Sleep Prime and not cheap so I now am going to have to pay people every month to turn it. Frustrating.

The staff were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products. Their help made us make the best decision for our bedding needs. Nothing was to much. The delivery was easy and we could organise it when it suited us. I would highly recommend this store for all your bedding needs. Excellent.

Bought a bed base from Chiropedic Ballarat, service was amazing.
Andrew was polite, friendly and very helpful. We have a child with Autism who likes to jump onto the beds, so we needed a base that wasn't to low to the ground and strong enough to support the weight of our 'little' jumper.
Andrew was wonderful in his suggestions. 100% recommended Andrew and Chiropedic Ballarat for bed and base!

What a gem this store was to find! We went to some of the more known bedding stores, searching for our new king size ensemble mattress and base. Not being impressed with the range, and price at these stores, we were recommended to try Chiropedic Ballarat. We were completely blown away by their range, prices and their exceptional customer service. Andrew was so helpful and went out of his way to show us everything within our price range. He never made us feel rushed in our decision, and was very patient when we were initially undecided on two different brands. We are so happy we bought our new mattress, base, protector and headboard here, and will happily recommend this store to all our friends and family.

I purchased 3 mattress from Chiropedic and their knowledge of mattress puts the big stores to shame. Chiropodist staff are polite friendly and thoughtful. The delivery team is so good and very detailed in installing the mattress. I recommend this store to all and will buy my holiday beds from the ballarat store again. I recently purchased 2 single bed Mattresses for my spare room (for my Grandchildren)
I purchased an Aussie made single mattress and a trundle mattress (Which is hard to find)
We were given excellent service by the young man (I think it's Jayden from Ballarat)
They also sell Aussie made mattress protectors (Protect a bed) which I purchased 2. They are great quality and don't fall apart like other cheap brands do.
Delivery was on time and free and the delivery guys were polite and friendly.
All in all a nice experience all round and I look forward to purchasing my next mattress there In the future.

Great experience with this purchase. Efficient delivery, good communication and the mattress is very comfortable and as advertised. This is the third mattress I have purchased from the Ballarat rd store and will be back again as the family grows.

Andrew was a wealth of knowledge. Without being pushy he helped us select a mattress for our needs. We have slept on it for 3 weeks now and I can honestly say I do not wake up with a sore back every morning. We also bought a bamboo contoured pillow because of my neck issues and guess what - no more headache's. The price and made in Australia were an added bonus. Thankyou Chiropaedic - highly recommend them.
