A very safe and calm place. Wasn’t very crowded the day I visited. Seperate play areas for different age groups available.

Love this place. Lots of sitting space for parents.
The menu is varied. They offer pizza, fish and chips, jelly and other loved junk. They have yum coffee and most importantly the workers are soo friendly and willing to help with your needs to ensure the kids have a fun time

$5 for a bottle of water what a joke. The place is dirty.won't be visiting again. I'll stick to visiting Crocs

Went to check the place out on a weekday afternoon and I waited at the desk for at least 5 minutes for someone to come out, I ended up calling the phone number which made the woman come out to answer the phone. I told her that I had called it because I thought it would get her attention as I had been waiting for a while. She didn’t seem concerned but at least she was friendly.
The play equipment itself looks worn and dusty, it doesn’t look like it gets cleaned regularly and I felt uncomfortable letting my baby play with the equipment.
I didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that.
I haven’t been to many play centres with my baby yet but I’m definitely not returning to this one.
I’ve read the way they respond to negative reviews and the rudeness and lack of correct grammar and punctuation really says a lot about their customer service and attitude.
My recommendation - go to Rabbit Hole Playcentre instead!

Nice place for kids. A lot of physical activities available for little ones.
Socks necessary for play centre, can buy here as well.
Food and drinks shop.

I came for a friend's sons party on Saturday, the party room was not clean and not ready after 15 minutes of the start time.everything felt rushed.the host started started grabbing the plates with food in them and stacking on top of eachother without asking if we were done and it wasnt even time to leave the party room yet.my kids came back asking where their food was, mind you, there was still heaps of food left in the trays and in the plate. The parents were like what the heck? I was sitting there watching her just packing away and she was trying to grab the plate my son was eating off but i grabbed it away. RUDE.it doesnt take much to just ask! Such a shame that my ratings have now changed.

All the positive reviews seem to be left by the owner's friends or workers. Not the safest or cleanest place for kids! You can scroll down further and see their response to other negative comments, that should tell you that they have zero customer service training.

Lovely playspace especially for the toddlers. Can get very packed and the seating areas is small and squeezy.

Had a great experience, staff was very great to deal with and always with a smile.kids loved the play areas well.wasn't packed to the rafters like some other places which was a bonus.allowed us less stress and easy to keep an eye on the little ones.

4kids cost me about $70
And spent an easy $30 or more on a snack and drink

Amazing place for the kids, parents can be relax, lots of activities also so friendly staffs as well.

Plenty of slides and steps to get any kids entertained for a long time. Some ball machines at the back section does not work well. Overall the playland is good and tables, spaces and restrooms are very clean. Our boys always have a great time there.

One star is to good for this place the staff had no idea what they were doing the boss was aggressive when questioned about their mistake had to pay extra money so my son could continue his party and after showing proof of his mistake he threatened to grab my 8 uear old son and throw him out of the play center assuming I have a husband/partner when one of the other parents tried to help me talk to the owner and witness me talking to the staff trying to workout what was going on and beleave that one phone call a miss phone call and a phone call on the day and a text message to remind me to make a full payment because they didn't already know that I was at the play center is effective communication
Apparently the pizzas the kids had as the kids meal I asked for was the parent platter that none of the staff informed me the pizza was for the parents not the kids so I had to pay for a second parent platter
I asked 4 staff members were the parent platter was over a time frame of 30min
Their miss communication was ridiculous and witnessed by more that one parent

Very lovely playcentre, unfortunately it seems the rules around the 0-4 area were not being enforced on the day that we went. Multiple children, very obviousl over 4 and unsupervised, were climbing on top of rides and throwing items, almost knocking the young toddlers over, jumping on attractions and taking things from the younger children. This including throwing foam bricks outside of the play area and almost hitting myself and other patrons at times.
They came and went over the period of 1.5 hours we were there, and when we brought it to staff's attention we were told as they had at the time left the area there was nothing they could do. 5 minutes later, the same older children came back and staff took no notice.

Worst playcentre, the workers from this play centre are the worst, I would have celebrated my son's birthday better in another center, unfortunately I chose this one because the date I chose was sold out in the playcentres I wanted, but I would never celebrate a birthday in this play center again.

Great indoor playground. Everything is padded so toddlers just bounce if they fall. Lots for the kids to play on and its not too expensive. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Hosted a birthday party here. Was very easy and quite affordable. Highly recommend.

The place is nice and big for the kids. Highlight would be the 3 storey high slide and air balls area. Refreshing drinks too.

We are a regular visitor at chipmunks CS, my princess is always happy and excited to play there. So far we have only had good experience.

Some older kids are hyperactive and wish there was some supervision or control on it due to safety concerns for the little ones. I know it is not easy on you but a reminder to parents/posters might minimize these risks.

My son was the king of the world for about 2 hours while he had his party here.

Staff who looked after our party on Sunday 6/11/22 were A+
