The staff are not well educated, they don't reply to their client's messages and they expect their Clients to call them every time to ensure their messages were received. The staff always said they were either in a meeting or out to see clients. For a well educated person, they should know how to reply back to their clients at free time, It only takes one or minute most to reply yes or no and I don't think they work 9 - 5 without any break, not a good excuse. They have no manner or courtesy of doing so, may be it's a community work but I am sure they get paid and not work for free. My aunt is fed up with these people and we strongly encourage their Manager to teach or train their staff well.

Kind and helpful staff, assist my father to have services with skilled workers.

My father attended the CCSSCI social support day centre for many years. We greatly appreciate their service, good program, great staff and volunteers. We recently needed further assistance as my father's health had deteriorated.   The help we received from CCSSCI thus far has been of excellence. Special thanks to Connie Lai, Joanne and Angel Yau.   Their compassion to help others should be commended.
