We have engaged Chin Communications on a number of occasions over the years for translation of legal documents, interpretation during conferences and, more recently, interpretation during a Supreme Court trial. They have always been responsive to our requests, particularly in relation to urgent tasks. As someone who also speaks Chinese, I appreciate that Chin Communications’ work is of a high standard. Dairy Australia successfully launched its WeChat official account in mid June with the excellent work and assistance from the Chin team. The services from the Chin team have ranged from going through the registration process, designing and editing the weekly posts, translating post contents in the formats of text, infographics and videos, providing the background support and account management to putting together a monthly report on the account operation, post uptakes and reviews. In less than two months, our account has attracted over 1,500 followers, with thousands of views of the weekly posts. It has been a great pleasure working with the Chin team, like what we have experienced with the translation and interpretation services during the past 15 years.
