Poor service. Dishes being forgotten, rude staff, charging extra for condiments such as soy sauce, requests ignored, food quality mediocre. You need to re-work your customer service approach or hire different staff. Poor service does nothing but brings your business down. Only naive/newbie/hipster people would think that this place is great because they haven't had better to compare it to.

Very biased service for white people compared to non-white people. Jimmy, (server) you're an Asian dude yourself so do better.

Great staff and good Korean BBQ for the price. The fried chicken was fantastic too, will be coming back again.

My favourite KBQQ in Richmond…possibly even Melbourne. The value for money is great, quality of meat is fantastic and the staff are friendly.

You can order either K-BBQ buffet service or a la carte dishes here. Corn cheese was great with an ample amount of cheese. The japchae had a generous portion and wasn't too oily. We also ordered fried chicken (forgot to take pic) and that was just okay.

Great flavour for good value. Additionally, absolutely lovely hospitality and service from the lady managing the floor for the night.

I had the spicy pork with rice. Was delicious and the Korean beer goes with it so well. Also surprisingly cheap for how good the meal was! Just don't leave your valuables in your car when you park

Delicious fried chicken mix and match. Bulgogi, spicy pork very nice. Great staff who served and didn't need to wait long for the meals at all. Will plan to go back for sure

Cheap for Korean BBQ. Value for money. Need to cook your own meat though but it's not difficult.

Ordered the Ayce K BBQ All you can eat meats, came with pork belly, pork scotch, oyster blade, chicken bulgogi, fried chicken and condiments including cabbage kim chi, spicy fish cake, pickled onion, dipping sauce, leafy green salad. The meats were decent for what you pay for, out of all the meats the fried chicken was the best out of all, I'd come back to have chicken and beer. Service was excellent.

All you can eat bbq was well priced, the meats were pre marinated and pretty good, the sides were very yummy too, particularly the fried chicken. There was pork, chicken and beef, but, pork belly was my favourite cut.
Service was very friendly and efficient, atmosphere was nice and overall, very satisfied

We were a group of three and had the all meat option for $36 per person. Highly recommended. Generous amounts of yummy marinated meat. Loved the atmosphere. The waitress was really friendly and professional.
We'll definitely be back!

- Horrid service. Staff were rude and dismissive. A waiter scolded us in a very condescending manner for trying to change a dirty grill plate with a clean one that was sitting on our table.
- Leaky roof so you may be rained on indoors while trying to eat.
- We ordered an 'all you can eat' option and were only told late into the meal that many of the items included in the 'all you can eat' menu were not available.
- Staff repeatedly failed to bring out food we ordered or otherwise attempted to ignore us so as to not have to serve us further food.

The food was good, but the service was not. Only two staff were available the entire evening and missed orders or came out very slowly. There were periods of time when we sat around waiting while hungry, which seems crazy for an "all you can eat" experience. I can only really recommend this place for their set menu.

Felt very unwelcome by staff. Directed by staff to sit outside in the cold saying the inside is reserved. However people with no reservation walked in afterwards and were directed inside.food is very average, better off going to kt mart and buying meats. One staff member was very friendly

Well priced, good food portions and great service. They dropped the ball a little at the very end and our pork belly got a smidge burnt, but I wasn't upset.

I’ve been around the block when it comes to Korean Fried Chicken and this honestly is my favourite place. Especially the soy garlic! The crunch is unbelievable and the sauce has a lot of layers to the flavours. The quesadilla’s are a
must try! Highly recommend you take a seat, have some kBBQ, indulge in some crispy and juicy fried chicken and order a jug of beer! Atmosphere is great!

Great food and beautiful staffs!
We chose the all-you-can-eat menu and were amazed at the quality of the food.
All the meats are fresh, especially the homemade marinated pork and the crispy fried chicken were incredible.
The staffs are wonderful and I would love to come back again.
