Chilli India On The Go reviews
19Tried Haleem, Rayalasema Mamsam (goat curry) and chicken lollipops. Sadly our chicken lollipops were burnt not as how it should be. Haleem was salty and not used authentic way of cooking it as it was just blended and was not appealing to eat. Goat curry was okay but for the price we spent was expecting a much quality meal from this place.
We ordered food for 50 people for my housewarming party and we got more food enough for 60 people, The food was very delicious. Like a good homestyle country spicey Mutton curry and chicken Biryani and chicken starters Naans, Bread Halwa, I'm from the south, so that says a lot more) … Enjoyed the whole food and I strongly recommend this place special thanks to Uday and the staff for your commitment.
Great for takeaway and sit in! We ate our food inside and had lovely service, the food was delicious and the mango lassi was soooo good. Definitely a great in and out spot.
The best dry goat and chicken biryani in Australia! Totally love the food here.been here many times and it has been always consistent and fabulous food
Very disappointing, placed an order for mirchi bajji asked me to wait for 10 min got it after 45min thatoo after reminding three times, mirchi bajji was tasteless odd shape full of baking soda photos are included.chilli chicken was the same (unacceptable) quality. I really wasted my time and money on today's trip to this joint, how ever their biryanis are very good
The starters are too good but when it comes to Biryani was a bit of a disappointment. Needs a lot of work on the Biryani. It might be ok for others but for someone coming from the place of Biryani is a no no.
Very much upset with the customer service. We waited for 30 minutes as it mentioned in the website that they will open at 11.30am. When we asked them, they said the shop will only open after 1pm as they got catering order. There is no proper opening hours for the shop. They open and close as they wish.
The food is really tasty. But they need to improve the customer service.
Their biryani must eat and appreciate the consistency and taste.
Value for money.
Gongura dishes are a special addition to the menu, and some dishes are not for faint-hearted as they are packed with flavours and spices.
Finally, found a good biryani place. Loved their chicken dum biryani and Uvalacharu biryani. Apricot delight is delicious dessert.
We went for couple of times with friends. The service and quality was so good the service crew raji and one more girl were so benign. And Raita for biriyani can be better.
All the very best team.
Amazing taste and always deliver it consistently. The goat and chicken dum biryanis are my most favourite but today I was blown away with the amazing special Shahi Goat biryani.
Their chicken 65 in the starters is also a must have. Staff is always v kind, smiling and professional.
Nice family ambience and clean facilitiy.
Oh my God, what a Biryani I ate here today. It's mind blowing. I'm sure this Biryani is best in West. The spices, the aroma, the melting chicken, the presentation and overall service. Its 5/5. Highly recommended place to eat South indian spicy food in Hoppers Crossing and surrounding area.
And this week I had Goat Biryani and it's equally good. This place is worth spending your money on Biryani for sure. You'll love it.
This is my second time to this restaurant. I had goat curry and naans there are really good and good customer service.
My go to Indian takeout place around Hopper crossing, especially if you like a south Indian touch to your dishes. And enjoyed the consistency for quite sometime, but the quality is changing everytime now.
The most tasteless food I have ever tried. Samosas were still frozen inside. Frozen Nan was warmed up using the pan and served. Curry had no taste at all. Looks like fake reviews
It's a good indian restaurant. Tasted yummy chicken biriyani in Hyderabadi style here and podi chicken. They were good. Service was good and quick as well.
We have now ordered twice from this place and both the times loved the food. The Haleem was super tasty, mutton biryani spicy and delicious. Will definitely order again and highly recommended
I have been going to the Dockland and melbourne central branches for 5 years. Ordered from hoppers crossing today and the food burned my soul inside out:/ hopefully this is fixed soon. Take it easy on the spices bois
I ordered catering (Veg/Non Veg) for 25 people.
Food was ready at exactly 5: 30 as committed. Warmer were provided without any extra cost.
I ordered for Chk Tikka, Gobi Manchuria, Rice, Favoured Rice, Kadai Paneer, Chk. Nilgiri, and desert Rasmali. Taste was very authentic and no compromise on quality and quantity. My guests were really happy and I was relaxed. They have 3 options in catering and price differs based on that.
