Chilli India Epping reviews
41Excellent food. Chicken lollipop, fish 65, kodi igru, malabar chicken for less spicy food …are must tries! I love this place and their flavours!
We enjoyed our dinner that was brought out quickly and the staff were very attentive as well as friendly. Clean and modern restaurant
Amazing food. We had biryani and Guntur chicken it was delicious.
Would definitely come back
Lovely staff too
Best quality food and friendly staff. We ordered gobi manchoorian, chicken lollypop and veg noodles. Everything was so delicious. Must visit this place.
Food was really good. Loved having Rayalseema Mamsam, Kodi Iguru with Naans.
Chicken Biryani was mind blowing.
Service was very friendly and atmosphere was good.
I have tried out so many restaurants around northern suburbs looking for an authentic goat dum biryani and Chili India at Epping didn’t not disappoint me. The staff were welcoming and especially the manager Mr Pratik Shetty ensured that biryani was prepared as requested (especially the spice levels).
I would highly recommend any biryani lover to try out Chili India’s (Epping) Goat dum biryani.
I placed an order for Lunch at my work for 25ppl. The food was fantastic, fresh and good portions. Joseph was very prompt and extremely easy to deal with through the process. Everyone at the office truly enjoyed all the food. We got eggplant masala, butter chicken, lamb JR, biryanis as well as rice and naan and everything was to die for. Highly recommended.
Food is really good, biryani & noodles are just tasted as good as in back South Indian style.
We went to this place first time it was too nice.
The food was literally delicious.
The staff's behavior was very nice.
A little education for the chef. Kadai Paneer is not made of runny Garvy, also if a dish is called "paneer'" it needs to contain paneer. We had to fish for a piece of paneer in the gravy.
This is from Google search (may be learn from here) :
Kadai paneer is made in a wok, with no added cream, and has little-to-no gravy
Tried this one as the taj on high was closed due to nearby fire. Was not disappointed, I took the server’s suggestion food was promptly served and tasted really nice. I asked for it hot it could of had a bit more heat to it but was a nice gravy with the chicken. I’d come back here to try the goat biryani if I’m back here for business. Definitely worth a try
Food is very tasty.non vegetarian starters are the best.
Forgot the name, but the chicken starter was very tasty
Hands down Best biriyani in the Northern suburbs. Goat biriyani is lip smacking and so are all the entrees
Not a pleasant experience at Chilli India Epping
- Under staffed: only 1 chef and 1 kitchen hand alone with 1 multi task girl, she have to take order, server, manage cash counter, pack online orders and takeaways as well.
- Crispy Corn: this was good just bit salty
- Gobi 65: It was super dry but taste was ok
- Mashroom manchurian: this is where it start’s getting worse, you can just taste curry leaves nothing else. But bitter in taste
- Mix veg: again same store only curry leaves taste.
- Naan’s are one of the worst. We just served with ready to serve frozen naans that we can buy from Indian grocery as well.
If someone like only to taste curry leaves in everything. Than this is the place.
We have eaten here several times and has never disappointed us and tonight the service and food was amazing like always. Chilli india will always be our go to Indian restaurant. We had goat kadhai and dragon chicken and Naan butter and garlic bread all l can say is OMG delicious! Moreover I love there service but I specially appreciate the girl name is Harman very nice and decent in dealing with the customers.
Food was delicious and serviced fast and fresh.
Customer service was at its finest, very friendly staff
Ordered some food at midnight. Such a disappointment to see the food and the quality.
Can you see the portion of rasmalai for
$8.95 and that too they are surely using the premade frozen products that too of such low quality that you'll surely throw in bin.
Won't order again.
Thanks
From the outstanding service to the succulent dishes, there's not much to criticise at. Right from entering the door, you and your party are treated like royalty and feel welcomed in the warm and. There's no snobbery or expectations – anyone can come and the staff are happy to explain and describe dishes.
The food is on another level. The Chicken Tikka Masala, Podi Chicken, Dragon Chicken, and Butter Chicken were all tasty and filling without the addition of beautiful Garlic Naan. Each dish also has it's own twist compared to other Indian recipes that make them stand out. It combined so many flavours you'd think it never work but it definitely does.
Ordered podi chicken, dragon chicken, fish 65 and chicken Tikka masala. Delectable food. A must try. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. An amazing time will be guaranteed.
I like spicy food but for long time I wasn’t able to find good place to satisfy my taste buds.
However this place Chilli India Epping, is really really good.
Food, Service overall vibe of the place was superb.
A must visit for Spicy food enthusiasts.
