Chilli Everest On Collins reviews
15The food is really good. Loved their puri tarkari. The staff there is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. I am very keen to try more dishes soon.
Place and food is nice but staff is not friendly. Seems like they been forced to work there.
Yesterday saturday (26th) nov 4 of us went ahead around 9: 20 in the resturant we were asked to sit in front of door so we said we wanna sit away from door and tge front of house girl she was around 20-24 very short with attitude double her height he just dumped the menu at the back table with anger or uneasiness and we didn’t felt welcomed and we left please try and select those staffs who respect and treat customers more kindly.she had one job! And she failed so we left without ordering we rather go to fast food than served by rude FOH
Amazing environment and tasty food. 100 times better than other restaurants in city

Please view this as constructive; the momos served here are extremely bland and tasteless compared to the momos served in the same branch in Melbourne Central. The difference is extremely baffling especially taking into consideration the prices are higher in the Collins branch.
Had an amazing lunch with friends & their Indian parents who enjoyed the food, was fresh, hot, tasty & good quality. Felt satisfied & service was also efficient, enjoyed the nice ambience as well there!
The Thakali Khana set and the Momos Sadheko - could eat these everyday. Fantastic, authentic, strong flavours, generous portions. Great vibe and decor with the restaurant as well. A local favourite definitely. Best Nepalese food in Melbourne.
Music playlist definitely needs cheering up a bit.
Thakali set was very yum and generous in portion. Also good service and convenient location from the place where we stayed.
Excellent food!
Finally a place for good chai around Collins. So happy about it.
Food is great! Thakali set reminds you of home.
To the staff member who gave me extra Rajma because I told her how excited I was to find Rajma. Thank you! You made my day and I wish you well!
Goat goat curry instead of chicken curry, told them, but the girl said its chicken and it didn't look chicken clearly, the taste and bone was of goat, mistakes happen but they could have listened and corrected it but they choose not to do so, left all meat back there and was a regular customer on sunday but not gonna come again here.
Just see the bone, that is goat bone and not chicken, come on at least admit if a mistake is done, won't be coming again to this place.
Amazing food and people are too good…quick service…have come here multiple times and my reviews are same
We had three different curries with rice and samosas and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend and come here again!
Really nice food, the lunch deal is such good value for money and everything tasted amazing
I should add that I am not a professional reviewer just a person of the street who came into the restaurant and was not asked how spicey I wanted my food. I ordered the first thing on the menu and a drink of orange juice and it was all extremely unsatisfying because the food was way too spicy to eat at all. I left it all on the table pretty much untouched the juice, the food and the mango lasi. So please do not go here and eat and if the waitress asks you if you would like a free meal of another kind say 'no' because it is rude to ask that sort of a thing if you already paid for a perfectly well advertised meal.
Too spicy food (without warning), need to work on customer interaction.not a good dining experience.
