Child's Play ELC Tarneit West

Reception Staff are unprofessional. When I check with them they confirmed there is spot for my kid and told me there is access issue and person who had access is on leave and confirm she will give a call back. When I check few days later they told me no spot.

Note: my kid is already on waiting list for 2 months

Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Lots of extra activities and lots of things for kids to learn and i am very happy with the care provided by them. Thankyou tarneit west child's play

The educators are so lovely. I like how they know both parents and students names, it makes us feel so welcomed. The children are well fed and they have great learning experiences. The kinder program has been so educational.

I really liked this place. The people there are super nice and they take great care of my daughter.great teaching of cool stuff, and the place is always clean and fun. I think it's a great choice for parents looking for a good place for their kids.

The management and staff are very friendly and supportive…My son love to come in Child’s play and enjoy his time.

A very compassionate and professional day care. I had a very bad experience with Explorer Early learning center and then I enrolled my kids at Child's play and very satisfied. The staff and administration are absolutely fantastic and super helpful.

My son has been attending this daycare for the past year. They maintain excellent hygiene standards in every aspect. I appreciate their receptiveness to our feedback and their proactive efforts to address it. Since switching from a few other child care centers, I've noticed significant development in my son. I wholeheartedly recommend them for toddlers.

My daughter has been attending childcare at Child’s play Tarneit west since she was about a year old. The lovely educators helped her adjust, adapting to her nature and habits and she has now grown to enjoy going there. Most of the educators are easy to talk to, listen to your concerns and address them. In between, there were a few new educators, which made me a little uncomfortable as I was quite happy with the permanent educators and my daughter struggles with new people. I spoke to the management about this and they were respectful of my concerns and addressed them. Overall, its been a good decision to send my daughter here

It has been such a wonderful, positive place for my daughter. The staff always have a smile on their face and so welcoming. The educators are fabulous. Highly recommend

My kids have been to three other daycares and this one has been the best. The staff and the management are amazing and very accommodating. It is must recommended.

Our son has been at Child’s Play Tarneit West since the day it opened in 2021.
It’s a beautiful clean & spacious centre with great resources.
The educators are all so lovely & caring, they’re very supportive & treat our son as their own.
Each & every staff member knows our names & it’s a real family atmosphere.
We love our family photos displayed in the children’s rooms to make it a really personal & welcoming space. It’s also great having the centre pets (fish tank & Guinea pigs) for a homely feel.
Our son is very settled & we feel comfortable that he’s getting the best care, best nutrition & best education, learning so much through play.

Fantastic centre! I’m glad to have chosen Child’s Play Tarneit West as my son’s daycare. Excellent communication across the board from management to educators to parents. Big shout out to the Room 1 staff Hina, Gunjan and Bec for taking care of my son.
