Salad taste very nasty
They said chicken is fresh but it was very dry and old. Made me feel sick after eating
They did not even say sorry.

Friendly service and very clean kitchen. Yummy food and the chips were amazing. I had a grilled chicken wrap and my friend had quarter BBQ chicken and chips. Keep up the good work. You won’t be disappointed. Coming back to buy dinner.

Have been coming here for years and this place deserves a review. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, with really nice seasoning, and the Chips are the best we have tasted, always crispy with great chicken salt. The owners are very friendly and always welcome us with a smile, and the lady owner has even helped us bring our order to our car when balancing our chicken feast thats too much for one set of hands. We drive past quite a few (closer) chicken shops just to come here.highly recommend

Chicken pieces were mostly very good; seasoned well and juicy, one piece was a bit dry - but that can happen with situational supply/demand throughout the day and countertop warmers.
Will return every chance I get.

I bought a chicken for Christmas lunch and have to say it was the best I've ever had. Delicious, moist, and definitely moreish. My guest loved it too.

HSP has chewy little cubes of meat. DONT GET!

Update: there was a bone in one of the cubes! And the forks are ridiculously bad.

Please don’t get me wrong, Chicken Now’s chips are the best of the best. But this is disgraceful. I ordered the chicken roll through Menulog and received a 1/2 size, cold and lettuce-less (as advertised) ‘roll’… if you could even call it that. Not only is it advertised as a large full roll with chicken, lettuce and mayo but it literally came apart when the wrapping was opened. I would highly advise AGAINT buying this and I sure as hell won’t be buying anything other than chicken and chips from this shop again.

We love Chicken Now. The owners are friendly and the food is great, well priced and wait times are minimal.

Owners can be hella rude, but the chips dummy good, those frozen pre cut fries in that cotton seed oil make me go crazyyyyyyyyy

After visiting this chickenow on numerous occasions over the years. I can happily say that the service has always been prompt, friendly and orders fulfilled quickly. Their chips are very addictive however, definitely a treat destination rather than a regular diet staple. Menu boards are a little all over the shop, some clear text and a professional layout would make the process easier for customers.

Not really my thing just thought I would give it a go but found that the quality was fairly low pricing was pretty fair for quantity.

Love the popcorn chicken and gravy.it has the right amount of chicken to fried coating, and is so tasty with or without the gravy.the chips are pretty average, but then you don't go to a chicken shop for the chips.

I am sorry to say that whilst organising a social event, Chicken Now made it very difficult for us to do it successfully. Though the food is good and the business is neat and clean, a series of events put us off ever revisiting the fast-food store. First of all, we were unable to source menus online. That didn't bother us too much as we could travel down to the store to collect the menus ourselves, but after we collected the menus and organised all the money, we were informed by another colleague that the menus were in fact FALSE. We rang the Chicken Now and explained our situation. The next event shocked us as one of the workers blatantly lied to us over the phone. They said that they had informed us about the false prices when the truth was, no words were exchanged. We were very angry and I do give warning to anyone planning to buy from them in the future. There food is great but we were thoroughly disappointed by the service we received.

Good food and friendly staff, there fried chicken is really tasty and some nice chips to go with it, I will agree with another person who left a review in regards to the 50 cent surcharge for eftpos, this is a thing of the past and I do think you guys should remove it, but great food and store is always clean, good job keep it up guys

Whilst these are without a doubt the best chips in mount eliza, the cockroaches in the shop have invariably ruined this shop for me: (

Rude boss! Treating employees like dirt aswell as underpaying them starting at as little as $8 an hour. Would not recommend
