I originally chose to learn from Su because of her impressive credentials and great reviews. Her classes have surpassed my expectations. She is top notch as a teacher and very patient and kind. Moves are broken down into manageable component parts and put back together again to reflect a practice that is beautiful. This is a practice suitable for young and old. Personally, this has been part of my pandemic recovery strategy, to get back into practicing Tai Chi, join a community and prioritise my health and wellbeing.
