OMG! 2nd time around at Chez Ma Belle and the service was as good as the 1st time. I went there when I was pregnant 3 years ago and they had kept all my details and already knew what size I would need. Fran was once again absolutely amazing at finding me the right bras and with such a beautiful and warm attitude and smile) I feel sexy again and this is now the only place I will buy my bras from!

I'm used to only having one or two options that work when I go bra shopping and usually not much in the way of colour but the sales woman was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options to try on. I ended up finding a few suitable and comfortable bras that also look great. Very happy.

Robyn was very welcoming as soon as my mother & I walked in the door. I felt comfortable straight away & continued with what I was in there for. I didn’t know this shop existed if it wasn’t for a lady (customer) in Myer who told me about it after I couldn’t get any help in Myer. I was a bit reluctant to bother getting fitted for a new bra after being in Myer & when this lady told me about this ‘great bra shop’ she knew of I thought ‘why not’ just check it out. I’m so glad I did. I didn’t feel embarrassed with Robyn & I will certainly be buying more bras from this shop. I’ll also be telling anyone I can about this shop too. The staff at CMB are absolutely wonderful! Took my mother, as she hasn't been fitted for 40+ years. I think Pam looked after my mother (apologies if it wasn't!) and she was nothing but professional, respectful and kind.

Very rude service from these people. We ordered an item online which was needed for a birthday. Having had no despatch confirmation after a week we called them to cancel the order. The shop owner was very rude and aggressive. No apology at all for the inconvenience and disappointment. We will never shop here again. Zero stars from us.

I have experienced so much grief when it comes to trying on bras - mainly at department stores - that I accepted it was something I hated.
No service.
No advice.
No assistance.
My department store experience was uneventful - choose the bras I wanted to try on (anywhere between 3 - 5 knowing I couldn't render any assistance and I would have to do the running myself) enter the dressing room, take off clothes, try on the bras, none would fit correctly, put clothes back on, and repeat. This would take several attempts before I secured a suitable bra but that would be a good day if I was lucky. Usually I gave up, frustrated, flustered, exhausted and vow never to return.
This experience made me visit Chez Ma Belle and I am so glad I did.
I entered the store, was greeted immediately and after explaining what I was after the sales assistant was fantastic. She took a look at my chest and the first bra she offered me to try fit perfectly. Yes you will pay a little more than the department store but the personalised service and knowledge from the Chez team is so worth it.
I'm so glad I made the change. I walked out with 3 bras and a renewed love for bra fittings
Do your girlfriends a favour and use a professional service like this one.and their lingerie range is amazing too.
