It was a nice trip there. The cherries are sweet and juicy but unfortunately we went there after the rain so some of them were splitting. Love the atmosphere.

Wonderful experience.
I decided to take my kids out to the Yarra valley last Wednesday, cherry hill was highly recommended. Although the weather did get quite rough it did not put a damper on our moods.upon arriving I was greeted by a wonderful young lady, Taylor I would like to say she was great with the kids as it was raining she cut two ponchos to fit my little ones and made us very excited to embark on our cherry picking journey.

Safe to say this was an incredible experience for me and my kids even though the weather wasn’t perfect we had a great time 10/10 experience would recommend.

Great family activities, great landscape and when the cherries are ripe is a feast for everyone!

Loved this particular cherry orchard! We have not gone cherry picking well, in my adult life so far and discovered Yarra Valley was only a half hour drive away. If you are looking for a U-Pick orchard with gorgeous sweet cherries, amenities, facilities, decked out picnic area with food trucks and live entertainment dyring cherry picking season, Cherry Hill Orchard is a gem! Some may find the admission hefty compared to other orchards but if you want a little comfort during your u-pick experience like we did (took a toddler along) we found the admission price worth it. Plus.freshly churned cherry ice cream - they have 4 flavours in total! - cider, wine and juice! Staff on-site are cheerful, super friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile (we've been back a couple of times since the first visit). Makes you feel special =)

Good place for weekend trip. It’s a large cherry orchard and everything is fine, what you need to be careful is the sunburnt

**update** there were a few food trucks. They are correct.

To be fair, this was my first time at a pick your own place so I'm not sure if this is normal. There were very long queues, it all felt a bit haphazard. There is nothing to eat or drink that isn't cherry related so you must obviously like cherries a lot and have a fairly sweet tooth. Apart from that there is water, tea and coffee available. Have a snack before you go to keep you going. I couldn't find a bathroom even though I'm sure there must be some available.oddly there were a lot of out of use portable toilets everywhere. But ew. Gross.

It's one of those places that gives you a sense of relaxation, whether you're visiting on a normal day or a festival day. They have good cherries, best time to visit is probably mid December to early January if you're wanting to get one of the largest sizes, and picking your own cherries definitely more worth it as opposed to buying from the prepared boxes, including admission fee (I think it was $20 bucks during season, and $10 bucks in the last 3 weeks of season, last year, and then you pay per kilo of cherries picked) also I noticed people who pick cherries get more opportunity to secure the larger variety. They're quite popular, so book in advance. There's free tasting, so you can decide if any of their bottled delights are worth buying, but I'd be surprised if you don't buy their non alcoholic cherry spritzers for take away. Their cherry soft serve is good, but doesn't seem consistent, the first visit was absolutely amazing, but our second visit was quite watery. There's also ice cream, one flavour, combined cherry chocolate and coconut, which I didn't like, but you may, so give it a try anyway. Beautiful grounds, perfect for a picnic on a nice day, and lovely staff members.

Many years ago it was very nice place to go. Now is just way too busy, price is also way too expensive. Go there today and try to buy some cherry. There is Asian staff when I try to point out the cherry skin is not in good condition. She is rule and keep repeating don’t touch.very rule. I am simply pointing the bad cherry in the box never expect to to treat like that. Will never go back. There so many batter cherry farm with friendly people and quality cherry with more reasonable price.

Visited here with my kids and they loved it! Tickets to be purchased online, giving you a pass and a bottle of cherry frizzy drink. Cherries can be picked and consumed on the spot, otherwise you can pay 15 dollars per kg for takeaways. Male sure to pick the darker ones and let the red ones ripe on the tree. Visitors are picked up in vans and offered sunscreen. Remember to bring a hat!

Cherryhill orchard, i have to say its the best! They have nice customer service and they provide you with free cherry drink when you first get in. They also have a bus station that you go to after when you pay at the reception, they drive you to the other area which is the cherry trees. Then they stop you at the 2nd bus station. When you get off you will have a worker reminding you how to pick the cherries and some warnings. I really recommend this place! The cherries are pretty big so definitely go this place!

Been going to cherry hill over last 6 years. Their popularity has increased but it is well deserved. They run a tight ship in the busy season and the new online ticketing appears to have worked well it didn’t appear as hectic in the busy period. See you next season!

This is the right place to experience picking and eating cherries directly from the trees as much as your stomach could be filled in. You'll also served with many products made from fresh cherries.

Great experience for cherry picking.

The event was well organised, and crowd was controlled to ensure the positive experience were not compromised.

And the cherries were super sweet and delicious!

Definitely will return again next year!

Lots of car parkings and cherries very fresh and reasonable prices 5Kg $95. Unfortunately they ran out of small size of pack. Because they have Christmas and New year seasons as they do not keep. I recommend to experiences picking up inside farms. To enter farms make sure you better booking in online $15 for adults for one ppl.
