My piercing (Helix) was a spur of the moment decision - I was walking past Cherrycore and thought - why not?

From the moment I walked in I was impressed. What a beautiful space. Bianca said she could fit me in straight away.

Ok to be fair to Bianca, I had no real idea what was inthey’d use a piercing gun- bang and it was over with

Oh my gosh - I managed to tolerate the bit of pain involved but the pain for the next few weeks was terrible - told my bestie to not get it done

Finally things settle down until a couple of days ago when I knocked it and thought I’d lost the back.

Popped in to Cherrycore and Bianca was free and she had a look. When I knocked the piercing I’d aggravated it and the back was surround by swollen tissue. She very gently released the pressure, got the back to where it should be and cleaned it all up. I was amazed at how gentle and caring she was and they didn’t charge me!

I’m so glad I went here rather than one of those piercing shops at the shopping centres. I really feel valued and their level of hygiene and sterilisation of equipment is phenomenal. It’s like going to a drs clinic.

I got my septum pierced today and I was sooooo nervous. The team were so lovely and the piercing was done so smoothly and gently. I literally couldn't believe how painless it was. Cherry and her team are fantastic. So knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The jewellery is pricey, but they have such beautiful pieces, and are great and helping you find the best piece to suit your piercing, space and budget.

The shop is so beautiful when you walk in and has a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. Bianca was so helpful with explaining the different options for my piercing and Cherry was so kind and patient when she did the piercing. She was very precise and thorough when explaining the aftercare process. I would definitely return! Thank you!

This studio would have to be the most beautiful and inviting one I have ever entered. The friendly staff, cleanliness and gorgeous decor were all stand outs. I was lucky enough to get a piercing by Bianca and can honestly say I am so happy with the outcome. My piercing was over existing scar tissue and Bianca went to extremes to make the process quick, clean and painless all the while talking me through. Beautiful and clean clinic (I love that they’re only one of 3 Victorian clinics with the highest hygiene certification). Matthew was very professional and careful, easy to talk to and accommodating for post-double-piercing recovery time. Very competitive piercing prices and a great range of jewelry too. Would go there again for all future piercings.

Stopped in here as we were in the area and what we found was an excellent business with top level hygiene and knowledgeable, friendly staff that go the extra mile. It also has a classy, modern and warm feeling that you definitely don't always get. It will now be the place we go in the future

Excellent knowledge and service with quick hands and a friendly smile. This is the most elegant piercing studio I've ever seen. It feels like a jewellery store with an alternative French flavour. No longer do I have to go to Abbotsford or Prahran for my body bling. See you soon, beautiful little!

I had my septum pierced by Aidan today, Such an amazing and friendly experience! Aidan explained everything as he was doing it and answered all my questions. He pierced my septum with perfect placement and perfectly straight. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Excellent service. Cherry was really informative, made sure to explain the piercing and aftercare process and the piercing was done without any trouble. The studio is immaculate and professionally run.

So upset.
I've been coming to be pierced at Cherrycore for the last few years and highly recommended it to my mates, specifically the tall man.
However, over the last year or so things haven't been as good.
I came in to have my septum pierced and trusted that it would be done correctly, only to find out now (because I've changed the jewelry) that my nose cartilage was pierced.
During the appointment the inside of my nose was scrapped so badly by the clamp that I started bleeding, felt light headed and had to lay down with tissues up my nose.
Then once I stopped bleeding I was finally pierced and had to lie down again because of the pain.
The healing process (of both the septum and the scrape) has been horrible and because of how the piercing was responding I had a hunch it had been put through my cartilage not my sweet spot.
I've previously had a septum piercing for many years and it was the easiest and least painful piercing I've had, this has been the complete opposite and now I have to go pay more money to have this redone elsewhere so that I can have a comfortable and long lasting septum piercing.

I've also had a friend a few months before this experience go in to have her lobes done and she had one ear repierced three different times in the one appointment and it never healed properly, so it had to be taken out.
Her ear lobe still hasn't recovered properly after nearly a year since the appointment.

I'm just hoping that staff will please be gentle and take time to do things properly instead of rushing and hurting customers long term.

Very good at what they do. I have to admit. Doesn’t matter who you get, they know their stuff. Doesn’t matter what piercing they know it all. Very clear and supportive through the whole process as well. Thanks guys.

I had an ear lobe reconstruction with Cherry at the start of the year and got them pierced this weekend. I could cry happy tears every time I look in the mirror! Thank you Cherry and Aidan for giving me the cutest lobes in the world.

P.s the sterility at Cherrycore is so impressive. I come from a surgical background and constantly watching out for cross contamination (I don’t mean it) but cannot fault them! They even autoclaved my earrings! Amazing, I will never go anywhere else.

Had my bridge pierced by Aidan. I've seen a few crooked examples online done in a rush, and thankfully, mine didn't turn out this way. Aidan took his time marking it out, and I'm very thankful, because it's perfectly placed! With any piercing, you'd hope for patience and precision, and I got both.

Professional, approachable, and clean studio. I had a great experience and would easily recommend this place to anyone. Was pierced by Aidan who was great at explaining everything about the procedure itself as well as about all the jewellery they offer (they have a LOT). I visited Cherrycore for my first piercing and was nervous because I didn't really know anything about piercings, but felt really well looked after by the staff who were knowledgable and friendly. Will be coming back here for any future services.
