Nikki is amazing! We got her referred from a friend that highly recommended her and she wasn't wrong. I think we really tested her during covid, being on job keeper and so much more, but with all that showed us why she is the best. What can I say about Nikki. She was an absolute star from the start. We where a bit hesitant when it came to brokers because we had been burnt in the recent past. Nikki was amazingly supportive, highly explanatory, motivated to get us the right house for the right price and just a complete legend throughout out mortgage journey. Very professional, approachable, explained everything in everyday terms as we were first home buyers, could contact her pretty much anytime in the day and on settlement day I think she was more excited then we where!
