2/8/23 We had the most beautiful flowers made for the top of mums coffin. They used all of mums favourite flowers just like I asked for. The flowers were so fresh and the arrangement of them was superb. Mum was a florist herself and she would have been very pleased with them. Thank you

THEY ARE A RIPP OFF. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. IT SHOULD BE BAND. THE OLD BITTER WOMAN CHUCKED ME A PAPER BAG AND SAID WRAP THIS YOURSELF SPENDING 150 BUCKS ON FLOWERS THAT DIED A DAY LATER. DISCUSSTING PLACE RUDE STAFF. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DISCUSSTING!

Walked into the shop on Saturday and was looking for a quote for wedding flowers. I was welcomed nicely and said that they don’t do quotes in the shop but to send an email to the address written down on the business card. On Sunday i sent the email. As i haven’t heard back, i decided to ring and enquire if my email was received and how long will it take to get a reply back. The lady who answered the phone was nice at first and said that they decided not to do weddings anymore and that it was decided last week. I mentioned that i came to the shop on Saturday and you couldn’t mentioned it to me then, that i had to call and follow up on my email and that a simple reply saying that you don’t do it anymore would have been nice to know! She suddenly got rude when i said that and said ‘good on you, bye’ and hanged up!

Very rude. Conflicting information given and than they want to argue with you that they are right.
Better shops in the area that give better customer service

Received an awesome arrangement delivered for my birthday. The flowers and foliage are super fresh, bright and lots of buds to open ongoing.

The selection of fIowers is amazing.love sunflowers.the ones i brought lasted over 14 days in a vase!

Popped into this delightful florist shop to purchase some flowers for Glengollan Village Retirement. Kay is the owner and runs the shop with her lovely daughter. Went out of their way to help me. Beautiful selection of flowers and arrangements mostly sourced from growers (within australia where possible)

I purchased a delivery order from interstate. My family that received their flowers from Cherry Gay Florist have not stopped talking about how beautiful they are. Weeks later they are still blooming. Flowers okay, extreamly overpriced.
Used this florist twice now in the last six months, wasn't overly happy the first time but wanted to give them benifit of the doubt and give them a second chance. The flowers i got this week looked no better than something i could get from Coles or Woolworths, but at 4 times the price.

Will not use again.
Highly recommended the florist in montrose if you are willing to drive an extra 10 min.

Called and ordered a custom wreath with only one days notice and the ladies were happy to help and I was able to do it all over the phone as currently in lockdown! Michelle was lovely and did an amazing job at such short notice for a very reasonable price! Thank you:)

Being a customer at this florist for over 20 years, I refuse to purchase flowers anywhere else! 5 stars

Rude! An extremely poor experience.

The woman at the florist kept me waiting for about 10 minutes whilst she spoke loudly on the phone to a friend/family member. When she eventually hung up the phone, she greeted me abruptly and had a very poor demeanour. Maybe she was having a bad morning?

I asked for a particular type of flower, she informed me that they were out of season and were impossible to find at this time of year - I later saw that variety of flower at the supermarket!

I was desperate to purchase some flowers so I decided upon a different variety and placed them on the counter. She then rudely asked me how I was going to pay. I didn't have cash, only a card. She then abruptly informed me that the minimum I could spend using a card was $15 for savings and $25 if credit - never heard of those limits before.

I understand that businesses need to set these limits because of bank charges etc. I was just about to offer to go to the nearest ATM but she snatched the flowers off me and went to place them back where I took them from and said "don't worry, I'll put them back".

I displayed my disappointment in her behaviour with a subtle shake of the head and left.never to return again. I recommend that you don't visit this establishment either.

I was with my 6 year old son, even he realised that she was rude. He said, "that lady was rude Dad".

Disgrace.
