Chemist Warehouse Werribee Heaths Road

A big and spacious chemist warehouse with big isles, only issue is parking and timing on weekends, closed at 6 pm.

I would rate 5 starts, staff are always very lovely, it’s just parking, getting in and out is shocking - on a really busy road that gets congested with traffic from every which way

Always check the expiry date!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The Epipen I purchased from them doesn't last that long. It's wasteful considering the cost. An Epipen is a critical and expensive medical tool, and receiving one with such a short shelf life is unacceptable.

My doctor said it should normally last for 1-1.5 years. They shouldn't give an Epipen with a short expiration date.

Other than that, my experience buying normal vitamins are positive.

Went in hopping they had stock of chlorophyll. Quick service at checkout.
There is plenty of stock of pretty much everything.

Very Rude staff. This place is not kids friendly. They do not have a manners to talk to some one. Staff need a good training on how to talk to customers.

Chemist staff are really lovely, helped me a lot and were patient on a saturday.
But staff at register yesterday was very rude (asian girl).
Stock is a bit low too unfortunately.
Plus, scripts are too expensive. I was shocked. They wouldn't discount my script. Go to a smaller business chemist, it's FAR cheaper.

I had a personal click and collect and had someone pick it up for me. The worker proceeded to give it to the person collecting it in an open box for the world to see. I was extremely embarrassed, as was the person that collected it for me.

This CW is spacious and all the isles are neat and clean. This store will be my go to CW going forward.

Positive experience in this store with everything, staff, chemists, prescriptions, products etc BUT my last three visits the cashier has got my change wrong, always young staff unable to add up when presented with cash.
Cash is still legal tender in Australia & I'm certain when they enter cash given the register tells them how much change to give but they just can't add up when taking money from the till.
I wonder how the tills balance out each nght, over I guess because they constantly short change you but never give you extra money.

Security will accuse you of stealing and thinks his real tough. And the staff members here are rude and show no customer service skills. I'll never return here.

Dumbest descision ever to make a chemist wharehouse at this location right next to another one. Only to not make this one 24/7 no buisiness logic.

Security Indian man so rude, after reading feedbacks I understood that many people faces rude and unprofessional people working there.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help with whatever you questions you have. You also avoid the hassle of trying to get a carpark in Pacific Shopping Centre. It is much easier to visit this friendly Chemist Warehouse with easy parking.

Extremely un professional and unfriendly and rude asian look male pharmacist they got.i went today with my kids and he was very judgemental.

Plaza chemist warehouse asian chemist are just awesome, very welcome and friendly nature but this male pharmacist was totally opposite.
