Echoing all the reviews here, female pharmacist (Sonalee) was incredibly rude and condescending. Poor customer service and patient care.

I was incredibly disappointed with the attitude on three separate occasions of the pharmacist. She made me feel awful while trying to fill my very, incredibly regular script. She almost refused to fill twice due to myself filling it earlier than usual. Without listening to me or seeming to have any knowledge of the medication I was receiving and the colossal affects that would come from not filling it.
This woman was rude, cold and hostile. When she would be ‘helping’ a variety of customers with sensitive needs and questions. I have never ever had these issues EVER with a pharmacist. I love coming to this shop regularly as all the other staff are so friendly and kind and it is so incredibly close and convenient for us. However I actually feel very uncomfortable to come in with my scripts which are certified by a doctor to have a pharmacist give me a hard time? !
Chemist warehouse seriously needs to look into this employee as there’s been multiple complaints about her.

You guys need to train the pharmacist, she has no experience with customer service, it's funny because the rest of the employees are very nice is just the pharmacist the treat me really bad, and it seem like she was treating everyone like this. If an employee cannot behave on her work, she should take a day off or something, is ridiculous how can she be working in there like that, otherwise hire other people, because she clearly doesn't know what it takes to have that job. Or tell the other employees to teach her how to treat and deal with customers

Boycotting Chemist Warehouse as they so viciously bashed Alan Jones and joined the petty few who were bullying Alan to loose his job. Chemist Warehouse you are there to sell your products, not your opinions! Also when I pulled out my prescription from CW the other day and told her feedback, she rolled her eyes and laughed. Never gonna step into CW again, there are plenty of discount chemists out there!

I had a horrible experience at your store today.

I walked to in get few of my documents certified. The pharmacist at you store gave some weird looks and said she won't be able to sign them all. They were in all 6 pages. She said that she has some scripts to do and that I have to wait untill she finish them and after all this she said can only certify one page.

She asked me to try Australia Post and said that it's right across. Knowing that they charge $4.50 per page. She also asked me for my photo identification thinking that I am some sort of a criminal.

I belive this is very rude and not the way you serve your customers. I know it can be a little tedious to certify so many documents. But that doesn't mean you cannot do them at all be so unfair to someone. I went to other chemist warehouse and they did all the documents for free.

I am not sure why this behaviour was portrayed and why.

I visit this store very often of collect lot of items.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pharmacist (s) gives you the necessary information regarding your medication. Provides safely checks.

I walked into this store and bumped into three different staff members. All were approachable, friendly, and willing to help. Very nice job.

The service at this chemist is exceptional. Monique, the pharmacist was very helpful in helping me choose an appropriate brand of fish oil tablets. I'm pregnant and wanted to make sure I bought a brand that was Mercury tested. Not only did Monique look at the different brands and suggest one, she then went above and beyond to check with a naturopath to suggest the best brand for me. I'm so grateful!

Purchased an item last night. When i was about to tap my debit card, i saw that my bill was 61aud. So i let the girl in glasses at the counter know abt the wrong price. She explained it was a cash out from previous transaction. After sometime it sinked in my head that the price entered was exactly 50aud (cash out) plus the item i am purchasing. It cannot be just a random value from a previous transaction. How can some 11aud item become 61? I hope the manager reads this. Nothing again chemist, but the lady wearing glasses at the counter very late at night needs to be checked on more for her cash out transactions.
