Chemist Warehouse Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre

Bought perfume that I’d been using for years and upon opening it the scent was disgusting! It was so old. Nothing like what it should have been. It was a special buy and last bottle. Now I know why it was so cheap!

Extremely rude staff, I took the item from the shelf for the price mentioned on the ticket. At checkout, I was told that the ticket is wrong, it's head office fault and the price is 10 times. Store manager just went and ripped the ticket apart and treated customer in a worst possible way.

Attended the V. I. P.night earlier this evening and even though it was busy there were plenty of staff members assisting. I would especially like to thank Logan who assisted me with all my queries and gave me the winning raffle ticket for the last prize of the evening. I felt like crying. It was a great surprise. I also want to thank the other staff members who assisted me. I did get their names but I accidentally deleted them when editing my earlier review. Thank you, it was a fun evening.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service. Staff are rude, especially the manager Leanne! Won’t give refunds on faulty items and speaks to customers with disrespect. Stay away from this pharmacy and buy your items/medications elsewhere! I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank. Lucky I paid with my credit card. What a disgrace!

Every time I go to this store I always get the best advice from Louise the pharmacist with a smile on her face. Highly recommend this chemist

A man named Meet (pharmacist) is one of the rudest people i have ever seen. They insulted these two costumers in front of everyone completely humiliating them, the cashiers are also extremely rude. I witnessed two people come into the store to pay for an item, the ladies at the cashier were being very rude towards them and didn't even seem to care about what they had to say. Two of the cashiers said "pay and get out! " in a very rude and disrespectful tone, the pharmacist (Meet) also said "i don't care" when they were trying to explain something to him. Not only are the staff disrespectful but the main manager of the store is also extremely rude she needs to learn how to talk to the costumers with respect. By far i have never seen anyone talk to someone this rude before it is shocking that they even have a degree. I will not be shopping here anymore after witnessing what i saw today.

The price match system is terrible here, they have to call other companies for every single products. If no one pick up phone they will not give price match.

Love Chemist Warehouse Tarneit Gardens. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. I love that I can trust my Pharmacist knowing she will always give good advice and if it is something that she doesnt know about or cant help with, she will always recommend that I see my doctor. I would never go anywhere else. Great Service.

The pharmacists are constantly arguing my mother's medications despite doctors approval.

Had a click and collect order and the make-up product had been opened and swatched.

Took 30+ mins for the prescription to be ready (and these are just capsules). Other chemist just took me 5-10mins max to get the same meds.

Cashier and Security are nice though. They are good for buying stuff but stay away from pharmacy area.

I travel from sunshine to go to this chemist. The chemists behind the counter are always warm and inviting and know how to have a laugh. Cheers me up. Thanks

It took more than 40 minutes, I understand it may be because of low staff but 40 minutes in a critical sphere of business is not a good time

Came here and the staff was super helpful. They actually helped me find what I was looking for. They even explain everything to me. Highly recommended.

Store Manager (chloe) over there is so rude and she don’t know how to communicate with customer. Whatever I am asking her to search without even looking she says NO. But same thing I asked to other employee and they searched and gave it to me. She don’t even bothered if customer is struggling with something. I think if there is zero star is here, I’ll definitely give that.

Zero star for security guard the guy was the he come to me and blamed me that i m use the product in shop and when i say if i did then show me in cameras in Saturday 12/11/2022 5: 00pm to 5: 20 pm this happend that guys was so rude and i not come to ur shop again and definitely i will tell my nearest and dearest that don’t go to ur shop and if he does the same behaviour with everyone no-one wants to come to ur shop. So please consider that serious.

I do not want to give them a 2 star rating but It’s designed to be choked, clutter from boxes and stocktake everywhere and all the time. Pharmacists running because of all the scripts and that causes delays. No real friendly experience because this store can’t catch a break. The owner of the franchise needs to sublease to a bigger store or ask Tarneit Gardens Centre Management or whoever the Group owns the buildings to build more shops in the empty areas around the car park, this area has lots of potential but if neglected will become the next Wyndham Village on Sayers Rd.

I went to sign few pages, Indian lady ask me $4 per page and she said she can do on 5 page a day…Really it’s that’s expensive to sign a page…$4 what a joke…!

Had a terrible experience today with this short haired old white staff who acted as she was the owner. Not sure if she had a bad day at home but there is no reason to make a customer move from aisle just because he stood there a little longer, may be he needs to get the right product.

Bad bad bad customer service. Customer saying he/she not got the things but the so called manger saying I check camera and a counter person put in. First time this chemist warehouse I had a bad experience. She saying if you want buy another one I know that but I didn’t get the product I already buy, then why I buy again. I have money to buy another one but not extra m. Bad bad bad
