It's a bigger store compared to others. It was BUSY. Staff had to yell at each other too noisy.

Chemist Warehouse St Albans gave me 8 to 10 months expired medication without checking. Next time if your purchasing your medications please check if it's been expired. NOT HAPPY!

This place is unprofessional. They take 15 mins to complete a prescription of just 1 table even if it’s not busy.

Getting precriptions here is super slow and staff are very uncommunicative.waited 45 minutes and had to go up myself to be told that they couldn't do it for me that day.tempted to actually bring in my knitting project and a camp chair next time i need anything

I never write reviews but this was shocking. I had to pick up a few things from chemist and was served by a young woman wearing a hijab.the most rude service I have ever experienced.she never said a word back, ignored me and literally shoved and threw my items at me and gave me the most rude expression the entire time.

This chemist is not disability friendly. The aisles are way too narrow for a wheelchair/rollator to fit and another person to pass around comfortably. I frequently struggle to get to the back for scripts on a busy day because the aisles already have at least one person in them, meaning I can't pass through.

I watched a woman on a mobility scooter with inverted knees have to park out front and walk in with crutches. Mobility scooters are EXPENSIVE, and shouldn't need to be left unattended to be potentially stolen.

The security guard treated me as if I was going to steal the products, he made me super uncomfortable.

The security guard is very rude and racist. He followed me around like I was gonna steal stuffs there which made me feel uncomfortable and creepy. He asked me to show him my bag. I just put my bag high to my chest with 2 hands, then he told me I don't respect him. He told me do not come back to shop here. DID HE RESPECT CUSTOMERS FIRST?

Probably the worst Chemist Warehouse in Melbourne; I’ve been multiple times for a prescription and to buy other products. It’s either under staffed or under trained. Waited on average 30 minutes for a simple prescription where there were only 2-3 customers in front of me. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service. They hire kids from highschool. No manners and extremely rude. Only Asian workers, no multiculturalism and they all are rude, too busy taking to one another instead of serving customers. They have a sign up near the counter saying they won't serve you if your on your phone. Never seen that ever before. The entitlement they have though.

Conveniently located. Very busy pharmacy but service is always quick and efficient. Helpful staff and patient

My first impression of this store was not a good one, as the security guard was pouring water into another water bottle and using the trolley carts as some sort of sink.just a bit unprofessional and that kind of think should be done in private where there are no customers. I was lining up as the 3rd person in the line and wanted to quickly grab something from the top shelf nearby to the register that I couldn't reach so I gave my things to my mom who was in our position. The shelf was right near the register and there was already a worker there stocking a product. I was exchanging the product that the worker was stocking and trying to say excuse me but she just glanced and ignored me as I awkwardly held the product. When I finally got her attention, I asked if she could reach a product on the top shelf since she was using a step ladder and she looked annoyed and grabbed it for me but then she grabbed the wrong product. I was so confused and I put the product back embarrassed but I guess she chose to ignore me as I tried to grab her attention to ask her to reach for the right product this time. She looked annoyed once again, grabbed the right product this time, and then did not even bother to apologise for handing me the wrong product. To top it all off, it took me that long to get her attention that it was already our turn to be served. And she was still taking her sweet time, with no sense of urgency whatsoever! The other workers were not rude to me and my friends which is why I still give this store 2 stars. That other rude worker needs to fix her attitude towards serving customers and take some initiative when they see a customer seeking some service.

Great products at great prices. They have almost all of products for a chemist or any chemist for that matter. Workers are usually helpful. Busy as always and the isles are hugely packed with new products.

Worst store manager ever seen in Chemist warehouse. No atticates, don't know how to talk.
As a store manager you should know how to talk with the customer. But she is worst lady, ever seen. So as the security guard.
Shame on you guys! Taking of the advantage of the people who can't go beyond 5 kms.

I am giving this review because of security guard. I know he needs to keep an eye on people who is stealing but bothering a genuine customer is not fair. His behaviour looks like checking on womens and what they are buying. Their should be some privacy when someone buy few things, which he or she doesn't want to show to a world. There is a cashier's to keep an eye on these things. This guard usually come to the cashier and check what this person is buying. Why should he get concern about the product the things people buy.

I been coming to this chemist for years!
I have always been looked after by Phuong and Carmen.
My dad loves Carmen as she can understand his Cantonese and always patient and kind with his thousand questions!

One time my mum had an urgent medical conditions and luckily Michael was on duty (on a Sunday) and went beyond his duty to look up that rare condition for my mum to ensure her health and safety! I literally owe my mum's life to Michael!

In the evening, I have been well looked after by Kirsty, Xiang and Mel. I am so so so grateful for this chemist. I do no know how my family and I can even survive without the sensational work of the staff here!

Today I went to st Albans branch, an old security guards on duty around 1 o’clock was very rude to customers because he check my personal confidential document inside my wallet. I understand his duty but needs to polite, he should not act me as a criminal. Manager needs to review his behavior. Even though this shop is near my house, I will never go there again. The worst experience! Zero review.

Went there today (9: 55am) and nicely ask a lady for a product I wanted to purchase. She acted rude and as if the product didn't exist. I was looking for the Goli Apple Cider Gummies.
