My go-to Chemist Warehouse. I've been coming to this outlet for a little over 8 months now (about once or twice a month). The store has everything we need and the whole team (pharmacists and floor staff) are very professional, courteous, and friendly.

Worst Customer service at pharmacy desk visited 12/02/22 around 2.35pm. Pharmacist come to me without any communication and was very very rude behaviour. Means they wants to stand, talk and get wages. So guys just need good workers at job. People are really keen to work but who’s has they are not respecting in Covid time. It was lady on counter. At least chemist warehouse to put good people behind the counter. I will not recommend anyone go to chemist warehouse South Morang. Really disappointed.

"Jane" who was working on the front desk Sunday afternoon, needs some training on customer service. She was rude, arrogant, and clearly did not want to be at work!

If you don't want to work in retail, move over, and give someone else a go!

Tall dark haired chemist is rude arrogant and unhelpful.

Slowest chemist I have ever been too. No one is in a rush to do anything here. Chemist kept doing stocktake instead of getting my script. Never again!

You will wait an hour for one prescription, the generic brand is the same cost anywhere. Avoid.

The security guard. I don't want to say much but needs to better trained, I felt sooo uncomfortable and targeted I had to drop all the stuff I wanted to buy, 2 multi vitamins and a back brace (due to lower back surgery I had before) and walked out, notified counter person regarding how I felt, the person didn't even acknowledge the situation properly (can't blame them) so walked out frustrated anyways it's my opinion and mine alone.
(PS been security before so know most protocols lol)

Great to shop. Not overcrowded, no waiting, pedestrian traffic low so you can find more products that are on special

Didn't have what I needed. I had to get my script filled st the chemist warehouse plenty valley instead

Now I trust the previous negative review onthis chemist.
Worst chemist I have ever encountered!
I went there this morning to get prescription medicine, he told me to wait 10-15mins which is fine even though I don't see him serving another customer. WAITED 20MINS ABD HE SAID HE HAS NO STOCK, ASK ME TO GO TO ANOTHER CHEMIST! (no apology at all)
I would have given 0 star review if I can.

Been a regular shopper at this store. Not after today my daughter and I were looking for gifts to put in a hamper whilst waiting for our prescriptions and walked around aisles a few times looking. Some security girl didnt even acknowledge us or check temperature when we arrived but proceeded to continually walk up and down the front aisles watching us. My daughter commented she felt like we were criminals. Upon leaving the store we were asked by this same girl to check our handbags. Not happy have never had my bag checked and will not be coming to this store again. I dont have a problem showing my bag, but to be made to feel like this is just not on awful shopping experience. Had about 3 people in store not like it was busy.

I have been there multiple times, very neat store and their customer oriented service is amazing, they always serve with a smile and their pharmacist, Luisa is very experienced!

No return policy from two weeks.

Just brought dish liquid for baby and I made mistake of buying it instead of detergent liquid same price same bottle. Just a word difference but no return policy and there is no word of change in policy written any where in the store.

Don't utilize the people situation when everyone is in trouble.

Don't go there if you are in a rush, avarage wait over last 2 visits for a script 20 to 30 minutes, needs more pharmacist
