Unfortunately they didn't offer the products I was liking for but they were SUPER helpful in helping me find out.

When you first walk in, you might be overwhelmed by the high stacks of products tags. I immediately asked a worker stocking shelves if she had some products and she immediately stopped and supported. Amazing service! Just wish they had the products I was looking for.

Wouldn’t give me repeat of prescription even after showing plane ticket and prescribing doctor being okay with me getting repeat

Always very busy and under staffed. 25 min wait time isn't necessary, don't wait that long anywhere else. No space for everyone to wait for scripts

The female security guard who works at night is so rude, I literally go to this chemist warehouse a couple times every single week and spend anywhere from $50 to $200.

She always sees me at the counter making my purchases, and she still has the audacity to ask to check my bag I walk in with. Unbelievable, as she knows I’m a regular customer and spend a lot of money there!

Terrible service, she makes me feel very uncomfortable…Perhaps it’s time for me to make another chemist warehouse my local one!

For me, the customer service was great. He searched for what I wanted using a computer very kindly and efficiently. This store is the best option if you are looking for a variety of products at a discounted price.

One of the smaller branches, though usually pretty well stocked regardless. Like any chemist warehouse, you should be able to find what you need, at most likely the cheapest price you'll find around. Has the usual products you expect to find at the chemist like Panadol and vitamins, but also other household general products like soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid though the latter not always the cheapest compared to supermarkets. This store for some reason still has over the counter products like flu medicine and lozenges behind the prescription counter, so you'll have to queue for it and ask for it. This branch is open longer hours compared to the southbank branch. Main street allows 1 hr free parking 8am to 6pm mon-sat, otherwise not monitored, as of July 2023. Pics with the ample parking spaces taken just after 9am on Sunday, can be pretty booked out business hours.

Charged me more for an item than the price shown. No apology. Accept the higher price or get a refund.

The new manager here is amazing! He handled customer dispute in professional manner and was very sincere. I walked in the other day and there was a man being rude to the staff. That girl staff asked the manager to help out and he miraculously calmed that rude person down and the guy was even leaving with a happy face.
When I handed my script to him and I only waited for a min (even tho he said 5 minutes wait). Bravo job being such an efficient pharmacist Tony!

Tony the pharmacist is A1 in customer service and knowledge always friendly and happy to give advice.

Have been this pharmacy a few times and the manager here Tony is extremely polite and helpful. He takes less than 5 minutes to fill my prescription and is way quicker than other pharmacies that take at least 15 minutes for one medication

Suffering from a serious long term medical condition that requires complex management of medications was made easier by Tony and his team at CWH South Melbourne. They have always been accomodating and prepared to go the extra mile, particularly during the difficult period of the pandemic. Thank you team.

Efficient pharmacist who knows what he was doing and keeps very calm when dealing with difficult customers I noticed.

Worst service - very slow, only one person on counter. Do not recommend. Had to dump the Telfast I needed quickly for a family member and leave to get from another chemist up the street.

Was looking for a Chemist Warehouse in South Melbourne and wasn’t disappointed. Well stocked and less crowded than other stores on a weekday afternoon.

Absolutely no customer service. Staff are rude, arrogant and make you feel low. It's as if they haven't dealt with human beings before. Never again.

Had a good chemist warehouse experience for the first time. I would like to thank Zain, She took care of me today. I felt dizzy when I handed my script. She offered me a glass of water and to have a seat. Also helped me with my chesty cough. I don’t speak English well.but she was making sure I understand everything.

Just wanted to share with everyone the great experience I had at CW South Melbourne over the weekend. I had a long list of items I had to source to take overseas for work - and superwoman JUDY, just took my list and asked me to come back in 20 mins. When I came back, the list was all sorted as Judy had promised! AMAZING! It is not often that people take the time to help each other these days - everyone is busy, shops are under staffed etc.but this is one example where someone really helped me & I will be sure to pass on the word that CW South Melbourne is a great place to shop. Thanks again Judy!
