Chemist Warehouse Ringwood - Supercare Pharmacy

I have been there so many times. It was ok until today when I went there and I would like to price match for a non prescribed medication. Nicole said the pharmacy I provide is not physical store even I showed them the address and their operating hours. Nicole and another lady still kept saying it is not operating hours. I called them after I got home and complain about this. They just blamed everything on me. It is ridiculous! If u donot want to do price match just donot offer it. I will not go to this store any more as the staff and managers are so dodgy.

I don’t understand why the security guard constantly follows me each time I go from one isle to the other. He stands at the end of each isle staring at me. I’m the customer who spends well over $100 each time and don’t appreciate being starred at and followed. He makes me creeped out.

I've only ever experienced good customer service here no matter what service I come for. I had an immunisation appointment at 3: 50pm today. I arrived 10 mins early and didn't even have to wait, they were ready to do my jab asap. My immuniser was gentle and quick too. Took about 40 seconds inside the room max I reckon. Thanks Brenda:)

Went to collect prescription. Service was unfriendly and the need to provide evidence of travel was unnecessary. Service is usually much better. Then went to nearby Chemist Warehouse, service was great and evidence of travel was not even mentioned (common sense).

By far the worst staff work the evening shift. Zero customer service. I wanted an over the counter vitamin which was kept in the pharmacy section and the rude assistant asked me to queue up behind the prescription medicine queue saying "she's too busy" to get a single box in a shelf next to her. Please train these horrible people to be better at serving customers and not treating them as if they're doing customers a favor.

They are one the very few pharmacies opens till late, Came here during midnight. Busy but helpful

You'd think an armful of items would at least warrant the question "Would you like a bag? They're 10 cents. " The customer shouldn't have to ask for one after the transaction is completed and then scramble for a card to process another 10 cents for an item that costs them 1% of that cost. Oh, but the environment!:/ Bad customer service this time, and not the first time at this store.

BE CAREFUL - this store sells about-to-expire supplements and does not offer a refund or an exchange of item!
I bought a Blackmores supplement and when I about to take some I realized it's going to expire in TWO WEEKS. Why the item was on the shelf in the first place? The staff at the counter related to my situation but the manager apparently thought it was not their responsibility to do anything about it. The management needs more training in customer service. I certainly won't return to this store.

I love that this chemist warehouse opens til late (12am!) so that I don't have to rush after work/dinner to get here. Customer service is great too.

Just recently I helped a man who asked for assistance in the car park at the rear of this store. Parked in a disability spot he was blocked by a delivery van in accessing his door. I reversed his car (by entering from the passenger door and climbing over the console). Problem was my phone dropped in the side of the seat, on silent (!), and he drove off with my phone.
The local police liased with management of CW to see if their security camera on the outside wall picked up his rego. But it was too far away to read it clearly.
Some two weeks later they viewed the footage again rewinding back 30 min before the incident and recognized the elderly driver as a customer walking in their door.
From that my phone was recovered.
Thanks to the helpful and observant pharmacists who assisted in this 'detective' case. To Yi (manager), thanks big time, you have a customer for life!

Have been in this Chemist Warehouse at night a few times and have always felt uncomfortable by the security staff staring at me the whole time I shop. Tonight I was accused of opening up a paw paw product and using it when I had not even opened the seal. I understand it is their job to ensure customers are not stealing, however I feel it is crossing the boundary, accusing and watching innocent customers when they are doing nothing wrong. Will definitely not be shopping here again and after seeing some of the other reviews, management needs to do something about the treatment of their customers by the security gaurds.

Doesn't recommend this place for any one worst worst shop in ringwood. Customer Service zero

Supposed to be helpful but their poor service causes stress instead. When I lodged a formal complaint on their website, the branch manage rang me and gave me a lecture of how right they were.

I don't think uneducated staff should be advising or with holding ventolin. I was spoken to poorly, questioned and felt like I was fighting a battle asking for ventolin of which I've used on and off my entire life. When I responded to the questions I was critised in a rude tone about the use of ventolin. I use it as directed by my doctor, not a person working behind the counter who has never met me or know my history. I was questioned as to why I was not on their system, to which I responded I don't usually shop there but due to it being 24/7 and my need for ventolin it was the closest accessible pharmacy at the time of night. I was reluctantly given the ventolin with inaccurate information for my needs. The irony is I am now in ED and the advice I have been given re my ventolin use is totally different then what staff there judged and advised me on despite having no idea about my medical history. That sort of practice can cause awful outcomes as it has for me currently. Please stop giving medical advice to people you are not treating.

I have over the years come to this store almost weekly tonight came in and was abused and discriminated against by the security guard and the manager.
I am exempt from wearing a mask and I’m on chemotherapy. Yet was abused and told I needed to leave (yet 2 big blokes with Tatts walked in without one and he doesn’t ever acknowledge them.funny that just singles out the 5’4 tattooed blonde 50kg female). I spend 100’s here every mth, in fact tonight I spent over a hundred as well.but I’ve never been so humiliated and degraded in my life. Never mind the fact wearing a mask doesn’t protect others from you, it protects you from others so it’s at my risk, not theirs.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back chemist warehouse need to really look at the security they are hiring as this isn’t an isolated issue in their stores it’s absolutely disgusting

Fantastic it is open 24 hours with good service at 6: 30 in the morning. Easy parking on the rear of the shop.

This product is currently advertised on your website for $18.
When I want to buy this in-store they told me that they could not sell it for $18 as it was pictured as “old packaging on your website” and the product (Nan Optipro 1) in-store was the “new packaging”.

I was completely shocked to know that just because the photo on your website was of old packaging - I was not able to buy formula for my baby today.

Where is new packaging photo of Nan Optipro 1 on your website?

Furthermore, the people at chemist warehouse Ringwood told me to travel to Tunstall Square Chemist Warehouse to buy Nan Optipro 1 - “in old Packaging”
Tunstall Square Chemist Warehouse Is more than 10km away from my house and outside my travel radius and I cannot go there to buy formula.

This is completely horrible customer service.

Called ahead of time and was told my prescription was put aside for me. When I got there, it hadn’t. “It will be ready in 5/10 mins” 45 mins later I got my prescription. It was literally just a small pack of pills. So many staff working behind the pharmacy counter and no one looked like they had a clue what was going on.

Wonderful service. We saw the nurse tonight for our boy who cut his chin. The nurse Gillian was beautiful, very understanding and super helpful! She was very understanding of how parents can be with their precious babies, it was a really positive experience. I highly recommend and wish we knew about this sooner!
