Chemist Warehouse Richmond reviews
16Do not trust these people for medical advise their own intern pharmacist (Koran) informed me there is no difference between a placebo and medication so by his own admission this place doesn’t even need to exist, we can all just take tic tacs. They also are I’ll informed regarding the reporting laws in Victoria which DOES NOT have a mandatory reporting on PS3 and Victorian law states that a passport is in fact legitimate iD for the purchase of these items. If they cannot get these basic things right would you trust them with your health?
Recommendable store! Today I went there pretty late, but they served me very kindly and answered all my enquiries.
Unlike other CWHs, they checked my conditions in detail and provided some counselings that i didnt get from others.
I have been there a few times and every time they've all been nice and friendly.
I like their opening hrs as well - quite a bit longer than others
Pretty disorganised - and routinely double/over charges at the checkout in my experience - so be sure to check your receipt before leaving!
Unfortunately, it’s standard sharp CW practice to not display the prices as they are scanned but this particular branch seems to need extra scrutiny.
This is my local chemist and I have found the staff to always be helpful.
I'm impressed at their ability to interpret what I need, through the vague description I give of my symptoms.
In particular, Kelsey one of the pharmacists has given me clear-cut and professional advice a number of occasions.
Thank you for your help
A bit cluttered and has very small aisles but the staff are friendly and the pharmacy staff at the back are quite helpful.
Staff are very inexperienced & look like they have no idea. Forgot to pack my prescription meds even though I paid for them and I had to go back and get them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I was very disappointed in the service I received from a pharmacist by the name I believe to be Karim. Arrogant and obnoxious to say the least … I’ve been to this pharmacy a few times but now I definitely won’t be coming back
Beware - my concession prescription costs far more at Chemist Warehouse than at other pharmacies. My regular prescription is for 2 boxes of migraine medication (4 tablets in total). Chemist Warehouse Bridge Rd charged me $18.30 for my script. Nearby Slade pharmacy charges $11.22 for exactly the same script. Last year, I had my prescription filled in Queensland for $9.30. Why is Chemist Warehouse so much more expensive than everywhere else? Because they charge the concession price per box of medication, when other chemists charge per script. Is this dodgy? I don't know. When I questioned it the pharmacist insisted the charge was correct. I only know I won't be going back.
CAME HERE TODAY AND ASKED THE FLOOR STAFF ABOUT THE HALF PRICE DISCOUNT AND THEY BEING SO RUDE. THEY EVEN ASKED DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH AND WHATSOEVER. SO MUCH RUDE!
Called them to put an item aside, the lady was very friendly over the phone and helped me with all my needs. I wen to pick up the item and was behind the counter so I was in and out quickly! Highly recommend
From every visit I’ve had Staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s always easier to ask where things are and staff have always been available to assist.
Shelves are well stocked and almost never empty. Seems to have a very good system to ensure shelves are replenished immediately.
Product range is just like any other Chemist Warehouse with prescriptions always available.
Great helpful staff very friendly and cheerful team. The dude with the man bun and jolly girl at the register were both awesome!
I went there at 8: 45am on 27/08/2019, this blonde long haired lady with colorful nails at cash register, had very poor and unprofessional customer service, that did not make me feel like I want to come back to this store to purchase more goods in future.
I personally think the management should pay a little more attention to this shops staffs, when it comes to how to greet and say “thank you” to customers, since they are the face of the store. Saying those phrases costs absolutely nothing to the business but gives way better impression.
There was a pharmacist when I was at the shop, and she was very helpful and informative.
Can’t believe they would loose a customer over a $20 exchange? And it was like for like! I’m there all the time! Every week! Very rude pharmacist
Today I had a scary experience with mysterious cramps. The staff at bridge road chemist warehose were amazing. They were helpful, let me lie down and gave me a glass of water too. I felt really safe there and their reputation has been boosted for me twicefold after today. Thank you bridge road team
