Dropped off the prescription and was told wait time is 30min. Checked again after waiting for 20min, told again the wait time is 30min. Super crowded store with little space. It’s okay to pick up some vitamins but go to another place to fill your prescription.

Anthony is the most knowledgeable, consistently customer-oriented and passionate pharmacist I’ve ever met.
Met Kyran only once and he has also been extremely helpful.

This evening I was in this shop to buy anti-fungal cream for my 2 years old and there were almost no one at the pharmacist waiting area, pharmacist called Anthony was there to take my prescription and told me to wait, and it was already 15 minutes as there were nobody at there to collect for prescribed medication and my order was not ready until that, I wonder why he has to take so long time just to provide anti fungal cream, he must be enjoying his chill time.

Terrible chemist. Very unprofessional service from Ruolin. Avoid. Been a customer for years and never again. Spend your money elsewhere, not with this terrible professional.

Worst customer service ever and poor range of products and employees have absolutely no knowledge of any products.

If my memory serves me correctly I believe it was Laura who provided fantastic delegation under time constraints. Seriously made my day possible and saved my feet and prefrontal cortex.

I accidentally bought an anti-aging cream in the incorrect age range on 10 May and wanted to get it exchanged (not opened with seal etc intact). The lady on duty at the counter on 19 May evening point blank refused to do it because it was bought a week ago. Took the same product today to the Chemist on Bourke and got it exchanged, no questions asked (after checking that the product hasn’t been tampered with).
Have been sold an expired eye drop on one occasion before.
Will not be going to the Swan branch again.

Probably the worst service of any Chemist Warehouse. Only person in line waiting for a pharmacist. 3 minutes standing there, looked at twice in the eye, then finally asked if i needed any help.
Went to counter, waited over 10 minutes. Only one standing there, person behind counter fixated on box of product and putting on shop stickers. Whilst waiting they answered the phone even though i was there for over 3 minutes. Shocking!
And no, I'm not a Karen.

Could not find the pharmacist among the narrow aisles with boxes, stickers, price promo. Who does a 50% off rrp sale?

The lady at the front made my day we had a moment bonding over a skincare brand and then she offered me some free samples which was so lovely. It’s small things like a friendly smile and a kind gesture that really make a difference at the moment in times like this

Sorry to the customer service team, who are so so friendly and helpful, but the pharmacists here are so lax and inept, and fail to counsel or provide basic info on meds dispensed. Borderline negligent

Went in to buy some non-prescription medication. I was surprised when I found it on the shelf because the price tag was significantly more than what I had seen it advertised for online. When I tried to ask the guy behind the counter about the price, he rudely interrupted me and gave me some bulldust story about it being "last Thursday's price. " I even showed him the item being advertised on the website on my phone, but he still refused to honour the advertised price.

So I went next door to the Terry White chemist instead and explained the situation. They were more than happy to give me a discount to match the price being advertised online, even though it wasn't their website.

Clearly, if you want to save money, you're better off avoiding Chemist Warehouse.

One of the worst experiences with the pharmacist, she looked at my prescription and gave me weird looks and talked in an annoyed manner, apparently judging me bcz of my medication. Harshest medical professional I ever came across, thought they are meant to be compassionate not judgmental.
At the counter told them to add my concession, they said the pharmacist might have done it. Which she hadn't. I ddnt dare to go back to her, lol.

Great store with fast friendly service. I have been a regular customer of this store since 2015, and received nothing less but excellent service.

For those Wondering, Chemist Warehouse Swan Street is open from 9am to 6pm on all public holidays, excluding Christmas (where it will be closed).

Chemist warehouse artificially inflates the so called retail price then prints so called savings on your receipt as if the items purchased were on sale which seems deceitful. I find that they are no cheaper than Priceline next door.

I have one incident here and the staff were not helpful in finding the pefume that I was after.
