We were too ambitious with Black Friday traffic which saw us arriving 20 minutes late for our vaccination appointment.

Paula made our apologetic selves at ease and calmed us down from our manic rush and took the time to explain to us the vaccines we were receiving.

Despite being the last appointment of the day, she was so friendly and accommodating and took the time to properly and carefully administer the injections.

This excellent experience really made our day!

On top of the regular way-too-loud music you sometimes get in shops, every aisle had a tv playing a different commercial at loud competing volumes. Who wants to shop while ads are blaring at their faces from all sides? It was impossible to make out what any of them were saying anyway.
Completely overwhelming, a nightmarish shopping experience.

I cannot believe, I’m actually finding myself in the need of writing a review. What an awful experience! Was served by Fatima today, no customer service skills! She was so rude. Still in shock!

Love going to Chemist Warehouse at this particular location as, the staff are so friendly, pharmacists always helpful with advice in regards to medicinal issues!

Chemist warehouse used to be my go to… not just cause it’s cheap- but because it had a huge RANGE of supplements… the range has shrunk SO much recently.it’s barely more than a supermarket

Extremely rude customer service here I was served by an old lady with blonde hair, with some weight on her.
DONT come here if you want a price match!
They will only charge the same price they won't price beat even though that's in their t and Cs. Apparently they will loose money if they beat it by 10%

Absolute appalling customer service.
I have never experienced this before and this was my first time visiting the store and I gladly will never return and will definitely be telling my friends and family to not waste their time, go to the northland one.so much better!

Please update your operating hours. I started my trip to you on Saturday night, only to realise you are closed.

There’s a female staff with blond hair, big eyes and fake eyelashes demonstrated what real racism was at the reception. There was a Caucasian customer lining in front of me, and this staff was really friendly to her, greeting, smiling and everything, she even gave her a free product and helped her to pack them in their store plastic bag. But when I approached her for payment, she looked at me with no facial expression, no greeting, and didn’t offer me a plastic bag knowing I bought lots of heavy stuffs from their store. The whole process she never said a word to me. I ended up carried all the stuffs in my arms and walked back to my car. I don’t know her name, but will never return to this store again. Asian hate still? Don’t you just get a little tire of it?

I went in to pick up a prescription when the pharmacist noticed that it seemed too strong and that I was prescribed to many dosages for the symptoms I was using it for. He called up my doctor who wasn’t in on the day so he called up another doctor to get a second opinion. Thankfully he did because if I had taken the original prescription I could have potentially ended up sick. My prescription was changed and I got what I really needed.
It was really kind of the pharmacist to go above and beyond to make sure I was getting the correct dose.

Located in the Home Co centre with Spotlight, Supercheap, Sydney Tools, Clark Rubber etc etc. Usual Chemist warehouse layout, brightly lit and clearly displayed and priced products with the prescription area down the back of the store. Staff knew where stuff I needed was, saving me some time wandering around looking at random. Heaps of parking outside
