I've been using this pharmacy for two years.
Overall the service and advice on my medications is always polite and very helpful.
Thankyou for all you do.

Website states open until 9pm. Security locked doors and refused entry at 8: 50 as I was trying to walk in to get a script for back pain. Other staff chatting amongst each other pretending not to see me at the door.

If you’re not open til 9 change your website and save me the hassle of being stuck at the door waving my script like an idiot in opening hours…

And while I’m at it special mention for the 20 minute wait for a script on a good day.

Very helpful staffs. SARA K young lady so friendly, helpful, polite, beautiful and jolly helpful me out explaining direction to use medication and different use of different medication. Made my day.

I highly believe the price mark everything wrong it's not the fist time I have to come back to ask for a receipt stuff just doesn't match

I bourght a Lakewood Juice from a store 30mins away, when i got home i saw mold. The next day i went to my nearest store to get an exchange. I thought common sense would be to exchange the product real quick, instead i got a beautiful lady maybe on her period or her man aint hitting it right.

The boy at the dispensary Saif is so helpful, he clearly knows what he is doing. He kindly shows me where my item is despite the rash hour. Would appreciate if he didn't suggested the original brand though. But that's fine they were busy. Overall very happy with his service.

Overcrowded, overbooked vaccination with long wait times despite having a booking. What's the point of the time slot if there's long waiting times just to register.

Lengthy wait times to get prescriptions filled.

Can't wait to get in and out as quickly as possible.

I have experienced very bad customer service over there. The lady in the register was So inpatient and rude.

Am standing 1 hour to get cellufreash drops btw all the people here is complaining for how long.very disappointed never come back again!

Bought 10 items went to counter for payment, she didn’t even ask for a bag, I ask her if I can get a bag, she said do you want a bag. I was like offcouse I need a bag, cannot carry 10 items.
Its better to offer a customer a bag if the items is more. She is not welcoming. Anyway nothing against her

Very bad customer service, not all staff but some.like the one who was wearing a black dress and with long hair, today night time (13/05/2022). While I was paying the bills, my wife was just looking around and this staff (the one wearing black Dress) shouted at my wife. Yes it was the closing time, but my wife was waiting till I pay the bill. She shouldn't be that rude. Staff like this will definitely spoil the reputation of a good shop.

Booked in for a booster shot. I was told I didn't book in, they don't do it on Tuesday and there is a glitch in the system.every excuse. They want people to get the booster and they can't even deliver

I would really like to thank the lovely female pharmacist that was working 11/3/22. It was a bit of a stressful day because I desperately needed insulin stat and things were going a bit wrong i.e e-script not functioning and my phone about to lose all battery. She went beyond by calling the previous pharmacy I was at trying to fix the situation with my e-script and was really looking out for me. She gave me insulin and I thanked her but I don't think it was enough. She was so busy and there was a massive line and she was helping people out simultaneously while working on my issue and was so timely about it. Thank you so much for the work you do! I really appreciate it

Very unhelpful and rude and can I say, racist.the way the women in particular look at you (dark skin) with fear in their eyes just when you ask a question etc. Like how long will it take? Its happened a few times now.and the main pharmacist who is Asian is very nice and professional. Less so the ones behind the prescription counter. Get with the program people.dark skinned people are NOT DANGEROUS.it is racism which is the danger. Talk about racial profiling I couldnt wait and said Ill come back later and left, as I had to get to work. I had put back the product I was going to buy along with my script- so slow. Even when not busy. I was followed out of the store and asked to search my bag! Nicole below- I hear you.

Wow! Indecisive and so rude boss and poor customer service

This Chemist is reasonably big.

I wanted to refund the product that I purchased from this store.

The one of their staff took me to the pharmacist working there who is her boss.

He is so indecisive and so rude.

He doesn't know how to handle with their customers.

I have been to many stores.

Sometimes, I want to exchange or refund.

The processes are smoothly.

They are much better than this store and know how to deal with their customers.

Even me, I sell small things online, I do my best with my buyers.

The more reliable companies or stores are, their business is more successful.

How come is this store successful?

Because of their location!

This branch is good, they prepared my online order way earlier, I entered, informed my name, they gave me my meds, efficient team.
Bit crowded though.

I was treated like a shoplifter by the woman named Ann today at Chemist Warehouse, High Street, Preston 3072. She accused me of stealing something that I have already paid for and have a receipt. Racial profiling is so ugly. Chemist Warehouse should not hire vulgar, condescending bogans like this.

Service is always good, although sometimes you do need to wait a while for scripts to be processed. If you go early or morning or late evening you'll generally be served quicker.
